Such terrible design... Oh well.
But yeah: I like the new tradebar shop. That's pretty cool. But, like, still annoyed that the module is basically just nothing but HEs.
I guess part of that is that I really wish that the license had been given to someone else and we'd gotten NWN3, but I can't really blame Cryptic for that.

That being said, R.A. Salvatore Quests and the easter eggs/earned titles are amazingly awesome. Thank you so much!
I mean they put a Zombie Horse named "Old Reliable" in the quest line! It harkens back to the humor of the BEST quest ever... The Liches Phylactery in Neverdeath Graveyard!
Please keep up those type of things guys.
Also, whoever animated/designed Drizzt's combat maneuvers that I've seen in my Stronghold HEs... WOW. So well done, and I can remember R.A. Salvatore describing all those moves in his fight scenes!
@strumslinger : Please pass that last compliment on!
Wonderful that we got a mod that patched almost on time, and hasn't had any major game breaking bugs pop up (yet). Gear preview is amazing, Tradebar rework is awesome. I'm looking forward to Master-work professions (once that dang guild hall finishes upgrading - 7.5 days to go).
But where is the content? And if this is it, when are we getting something other than more HEs or a mind-numbingly boring Skirmish? Mod 8 and still no dungeons. *sadface*
The trade bar stuff is great and will make grinding much less painful, especially the RNG side of it.
On content, I wish there was more content. I did the level 60 and 70 quest lines in literally one hour and am not bored again.
I do not find the massive amounts of new rings anywhere near useful to wear and I see them as nothing but a new way to bring in rough AD from salvaging them non stop.
Thanks for raising rough Ad refine cap from 25k to 36k (if my numbers are right).
I kind of expect it to kind of be like IWD, DR, TWoD, where you could do dailies and then you can farm the mobs/monsters if you wanted to within the new location (forgot the location).
I kind of wish it was like a new "stronghold" type map, meaning that large in size, with tons of HE within it as well as other locations to farm regular demon mobs.
I rate the mod a 6/10 just because to me it is lacking content.
I loled when i saw "Demonic encounters" in the poll ! Listen to the community and please stop making heroic encounters
From the choices above I liked the Salvatore quest most. On the one hand it was great to have the pre-level-60 feeling back when we ran through a non-repetitive storyline, on the other had it was fun to join the characters from the first book of the sundering saga and to see that some of its content (e.g. the throne that rejects unworthy people by throwing them away) found the way into the game.
The first results of this poll seem to say the same...

All the 10 chapters are reasonably bug free. The Karrundax(? fire dragon dungeon) had cool lighting effects/motion blur effects - this was a great example of how easy it is to recycle content, while enhancing it. (An easy skychange!)
There were a bunch of new assets. The textures loaded-in properly. The NPC's were well-pathed. Ummm... what else
I appreciated how the voiceovers from the questgivers would continue even during a zone change.
All in all, some real quality control went into the 10 chapters to make everything bugfree and immersive. Kudos to the team, and the Foundry author who put it together with R.A. I can appreciate your hard work. ;D
The 0-60 questline is fine. You don't have to keep making mods backwards-compatible for players who aren't at endgame yet. Basically, you don't have to build content for pre-70 anymore. WOD/Strongholds/Underdark all have em, waste of labour.

Thanks for all the fish.
But, some changes could be made to help ppl that want these specific new weapons/gears.
Also, with new rings (dropping quite easily in my case -iam 3.1K gs and in a powerful guild) I will soon play with different styles . My HR will be a bit a TR. Moreover, these rings are a nice amount of AD each day.
So plz, decrease the number of HE we have to run for new boons and ill say it is OK. A mod is a mod, not a new game. And we can already play a lot of things in neverwinter.
The only thing I would like (except a Telven on my DC) it is ..... A NEW DUNGEON before Xmas. A bloody long and fun DUNGEON. DId I said 'CN ? Well if Devs haven't a new one, CN will be OK....for a while

Why did you put a post on the artifact weapons giving double rp? are they supposed to? because right now they dont.. not at all, its the same as always.
I would be much happier if they did of course.
1) New Skirmishes (Prophecy of Madness and Throne of the Dwarven Gods) - I have run through these a few times now, and they are interesting. I like the variation of tactics needed. However, I am very disappointed that these are single room skirmishes. The last skirmishes we got were Kessels, and Shores... which beat these hands down.
2) Demogorgon Fight - Havent tried this yet, will be doing it today and I can comment then.
3) Demonic Heroic Encounters - Are you kidding? I join the rest of the community on this. Heroic Encounters are NOT content. They are filler. Its like if you were playing pen and paper D&D and you spent the entire night just roaming around fighting what rolls off of the "Wandering Monster" tables. Enough with these!
4) R.A. Salvatore Quests - Very well done. Content-wise however... this is sadly the best part.
5) Gear Preview - Nice... will save me hours on Google trying to find a picture of what the gear looks like before I buy it. Now if there was only more gear appearance options. Perhaps if we had the old dungeons back with the old gear lo... stop.. stop... Bad Aimee.
6) Tarmalune Trade Bar Rework - Yes... this is my favorite part so far, but even this has issues. I have been saving my bars for a spiffy new mount. And what you put in the store is the Gas Spore? Umm... a gas spore is fungus. Not a creature to be ridden. Unless there is a propeller attached to this thing (which there isnt)... all it is... is a hippity hop that floats.
Also... people need to keep in mind that trade bars are not a currency that can be compared to AD, Zen, or Gold. Trade bars are "rewards" for buying something you were going to buy anyway. You get enough of them... you can use them to get something "FOR FREE". Think of them as cereal box tops. Let's say you need 40 cereal box tops to get a tshirt. Cereal costs $5 a box... so, it would take spending $200 on cereal to get the tshirt. If you buy the cereal just to get the boxtops you need to get the shirt... YOU ARE A FOOL. You buy the cereal because you LIKE the cereal... the tshirt is a bonus. Same applies to trade bars and the items you can get using them. You buy keys to open boxes... which give you a chance to get an awesome prize... (or possibly a (*&@^#$(*&^ Emblem of the Cults... which someone needs to be smacked for). The trade bars are a reward for opening the box... which you would have done anyway.
7) Masterwork Professions - Why is this even listed? No one can do them yet.
8) Strongholds Additions - You mean the patch of snow next to the mimic? Seriously?
9) Artifact Weapons with "Always Double Refinement" - I just got my weapons to Legendary... I am a bit miffed I have to grind out countless HE's (see above) for new ones. But... the fact that I get more for melting down my current ones to rank my new ones will be less painful once I do that... I think.
10) Mantol-Derith - You mean the "Underdark Truck Stop? Because that is all it is. If there were an actual adventure area tied to it... then it would be worth it.
Overall impression... Seriously lacking content.... however, some of what was done holds promise. It does seem that things are starting to turn around though... I am still hopeful of "what is to come". More Underdark content would be great.
