I will agree with the sentiment, calling this a under-dark module is pretty disingenuous. I loved how it looked, but when there really is no real adventure zone.. sort of poor tie - in.

Module 8: Underdark really has little to do with the Underdark.
When you hype a "Module 8: Underdark" even before module 7 is released, you raise certain expectations, the major one being that we might actually, you know, adventure in the Underdark. We might encounter svirfneblin, duergar, mind flayers, drow (of course), or any of a host of other Underdark denizens.
I thought Module 8: Underdark was supposed to be about the Underdark. We all did.
So you don't get to play in the Underdark? Are you kidding me???
this is my feedback and my own opinions. success list.... new storyline "Dwarven King", very cool, but seem little short for "Chapters" new market items and updated prices.
fail list... encounters, the new demon added to HE seem to be fresh change, but same setting and same theme that get real old fast. skirmishes, well okay, but mostly recycled same room. we want completely new environments and exotic settings. 100 Motes are the epic fail. (were you singing 100 beer bottles on the wall?).
many players thought we are going to explore vast underdark, and only instead we got a little town.

Small guilds are still being prevented from having BIS gear so it will be hard to see it not following the way of EE and Strongholds ... Epic Fail
Elemental DrowCraft, with 2 types, may be as good or better than DF. I've specced out 2 pieces DF and 2 E. DrowCraft for my next set. And even after requiring large guilds, they are still moving goal posts on the SH weapons.
The quality of life Changes are best of all mods. The content is comparable to mod 5 but polished with minor bugs. Well, I hope next mod, they could bring back the dungeons. Since recent mods are all lack of dungeons.

Really? HE&D, or Skirmish&D, is not the basis for the game. Until they replace ALL of the dungeons the game is not on track. The current M8 content is boring at best. Grind for this... grind for that... grind for gear. The game is supposed to be run dungeons for gear... not do 1000 HEs to get better gear. Success will be from new zones and new AND old dungeons.

Well, with "The Underdark awaits - Do you dare to descend?" i was hoping for some more interesting areas to explore... but looks like there is not much to find down there.
I also miss having an actual underdark adventure zone, like we got on other modules. Is it my idea or each module has less things than the previous? The first modules had new hubs, new adventure zones, new dungeons, new skirmishes, new classes. Now we got 2 skirmishes and a new hub, but still seems a bit lackluster. That being said, I think Underdark is a pretty good module, probably one of the best we've had lately.

Well, with all the hype about "R.A. Salvatore's questline", it's not really understandable, why there are not more of those quests in open Underdark areas.
Last dungeon made, mod 4 (Lair of Lostmauth). Nothing much but HEs since then. I don't count these single room instanced HEs as skirmishes either. So we're still doing the same two T2 dungeons as "progression" that we've been doing for two years. The last significant mod to be released was 3 -- since then the content per mod has been reducing and reliant on dailies and HEs.

The stories and immersion and fun they can blend in is what I was hoping for as well. The initial 1 to 60 storyline and exploration -- while a little bland and fragmented -- was actually interesting enough. This new trend is not interesting at all and it doesn't feel like fun (it actually feels like work). There is no excitement, no risk or adventure, no thrill of had won rewards for challenging battles, nothing.
Small guilds are still being prevented from having BIS gear so it will be hard to see it not following the way of EE and Strongholds ... Epic Fail
Elemental DrowCraft, with 2 types, may be as good or better than DF. I've specced out 2 pieces DF and 2 E. DrowCraft for my next set. And even after requiring large guilds, they are still moving goal posts on the SH weapons.
The Sh weapon i have no problem with. The problem is that doing Dragons in SH is still impossible for all small guilds. Gaining enough fey,dark,.... for one task with 10 players takes decades of gaming. Most small guilds have to buy sh packs in zen market just to keep the few players they do have. If SH is only for big guilds why not increase the guild players cap so all players can have access to it. Make a guild amount limit like 5 or 6 guilds then no more guild can be formed, the problem with that is that most of the people buying stronghold packs are small guilds.
All i am asking is for a method for small guilds to also play. as described in this post
I really don't mind if extreme costs and limitations are put on small guilds.
One of the big problems is that players are constantly asked to make a new guild during level process. And if they do they soon realise that they wasted there time and most of these players just leave the game. I don't say I will leave if something is not done to help the majority of guilds. I am just begging, don't step on us in each and every mod that comes out. Something that has happened 2 mods in a row now.

There is nothing good at all there about the dungeons. All big promises and no delivery. In fact there were a few extremely well laid out explanations for why the current state of AD is no good for casual to semi-power gamers and what was their response? We will review it later. This is all stuff they should know.
To be perfectly honest, I don't think the current crew knows what they are doing nor how to entice people to play the game. The best quests and storyline are the 1-60 quests and there hasn't been much of anything good ever since.
these "Dwarven King" chapters werent made for those alts with item level no lower than 2.0k, those with 1.4k are having hard time to solo if they cant find helps or team up. seem the devs are pushing too hard on players.

No no no, you don't understand, it's part of their new forced grouping dynamics at play here. They actually believed that shrink, with that fancy sheep skin on the wall, that told them that making people group, will make them "friends" and "friends" will make each other stick to a game longer.....of course 1/2 the players have quit over their new forced grouping credo...but hey! I bet that shrink made sure the check cleared before he offered his advice.
Why on earth would they add new content that was "soloable", when they can make you gather a group so you can complete something? Surely that other player will be so impressed by being forced together that they will be your instant "friend"! I mean really..why on earth would they add solo content to a game they advertise a solo friendly...why on earth keep a promise? That's keeping ones word? That's so passe....it's so much easier to lie and belittle the person outing your lie as crazy or uninformed...why bother making a game to conform to a promise when a lie will suffice?

What are all the fixes worth when there is nothing exciting to play? The new stuff is simply boring. Modules one to three added much more variety - new zones, new dungeons, new skirmishes (which are more than just a HE in a room).
I really do feel bad for @strumslinger for being on the front line of this endless whining.
