Stuck in Icewin Dale. Bug report as suggested!

Tried to leave Icewindale, got an error message "Character Container" cant be moved or similar. Game crashed. Logged back in, after that cant click on anything : travel gate, npc travel post. so im stuck in Caer-Konig.
Cant que out either.

Finally the character was able to travel out / do anything, after a lot of struggle and trying. Guess a 2nd daily server reset fixed it??

After a few travels the issue re-appeared. Stuck in Icewin dale, again!
Can't submit in game bug report on XBOXONE!

Seems like the issue is linked to the hammerstone anvil quest. dropped the item now and abandoned all active quests.
Probably the issue going to fix itself, as last time, if i don't login on that char before the factionstimer releases my AB-contract.
12 hour wait and pray,...

So my conclusions is some data-corruption, so the server doesn't fully load in my char.
It's just a ghost that can't interact with any NPC or object (target dummy is attack able).
Interact with players, doing proffessions, pray, sort inventory, works.

Trying to change instance gives map transfer failed.

To describe whats happen's :
When approaching an npc/object. the first black box with name shows up, but never changes to the black box with the the extra text
"Press (A) to interact"

Thanks for the report. I've removed the private communication from support however, as posting such is prohibited per our Rules & Policies and Guidelines. I've also moved this to Bug Reports, as despite Support's suggestion to post this in feedback, this forum is where this report belongs. Thanks again!

After a bit of reading.

A simple hard reset of the Xbox temporary fixes the issue.
Only had to do it 1 time tonight.
