Drop limit

I heard there is a a limit on how many refinement points one can drop from dragon hoard enchantments per day and I also heard that it resets when you die... what is the case?
And is it the same with the Fey Blessing Enchantment?

It is very unlikely it resets when you die. It would be too easy, and we DO die a lot

As far as I know there is no limit on the Fey Blessing.

I am not sure it's based on time in combat - for example it's happened to me to kill some mobs - get RP - do 2-3 Tiamats (3x20min+ 1-2 drake runs (10min) in combat ) and then still get RPs doing other quests later that day.

Another example - not playing for days - coming back to the game - killing low level mobs in masses = drops RP's almost every 30sek for me, but after 20-30min farming it's over.
I would bet it's some kind of hard RP limit and a 30sek internal cool down between each drop.

Another interesting fact - the stones themselves stack - normally if each stone has a unique timer on it it should not stack so my bet is - it's a character statistic (like crit%)- "chance to get RP" (Based on equipped Stones) and RP gained by character this day (like AD refinement) - with a max limit on the current character).
In fact i am willing to bet that if you sell your stones and buy new ones from the AH the drop will depend on what you have farmed so far with the old ones.

Isn't it an account limit? Otherwise people could just pass them between alts and farm all day.
