How to get to Beta?

My guild informs me that beta can be used to test builds for free, which is awesome as i respec everytime the old fashion way ad-->zen-->retrainning token, and hope for the best, this leaves me quite poor all the time

I would like to download the owlbear shard, but its missing from my launcher, has been for a few patches now, and now i want it, i don't know where to get it "go figure" :tongue:

also am i able to pause the download, then play the game/exit the game, unpause the download and it would continue where it was up to or would it start again??

    o and how do i get my characters to the preview shard, is it automatic or manual transfer.

    Please see the sticky atop this and the announcement forum: Welcome to NeverwinterPreview! [Preview & Gateway Testing Information]. Follow the steps listed there to unlock the Preview Shards for your account.

    Yes, once you have enabled Preview for your account, you will be able to select NeverwinterPreview Shard (also known as Mimic) on your launcher's Shard Selection. If Owlbear is available, it will also be listed on your launcher's Shard Selection area. When selected, the launcher will patch the selected Shard's installation in an identical fashion to how it patches the live game. See the linked thread above for more information.

    cheers, but i find im broke in the preview shards (owlbear)
    is there a way there is a preview server that i can retrain for free :D

    On the actual Preview shard (Mimic) you can claim retraining tokens for free whenever you wish. Copy your characters to that one to test builds.

    ...stuff all your goodies into the char you want to copy. DO NOT forget to add as many AD as possible. Copy him/her over as described in the linked thread. Wait 5 min, then copy him/her again. Do it again. And again, and... ...OK, there's a 10-char-slot hard cap on the preview server.

    Log out from the game, log in to the preview server (a bit of waiting to be on the safe side: You'll see your char roster is like:

    "Kresh Testdummy"
    "Kresh Testdummy1"
    "Kresh Testdummy2"
    "Kresh Testdummy3"
    ...

    Use (8-slot) shared bank to bundle all you want in the copy you want.

    Violá, your accumulated wealth has been multiplied by ten - but unfortunately only on the Preview server...

    ...oh, and respecs are for free - use the Powers and Feats window to access these.
