Just to let the newbs like me know, the two guys who continue the quest chain do not have the diamond symbols above their heads. The doomguard orran and the merchant guy. If you talk to them, they give out the quests you need.

In the end another free bag.

Those will get you started, but will not get you the bag.

When you lose the diamond indicators from being overlevelled, the two main questgivers to get the Clock Tower quests and the bag are Tristopher Chettlebell and Harper Windle.

Check out this list and do all the quests marked with a [3] in order and when you do the last one (Clockwork Guild Tomb) marked there, you'll get your Adventurer's Pack bag.
