Can't watch videos online after installing Arc Games

So i got this odd issue, i installed Arc Games Launcher and started downloading Neverwinter. After that i went to my broser and noticed i could not watch videos i most of the video or livestreaming sites (Youtube worked fine), i tried diferent browsers and everything, It only shows a black box where the video is supossed to be and my pointer starts to flicker/blink. This happened on my laptop too, where i already started to play the game. Also this fixes when i unistall Arc Games, I would like to play with my friends so please help me if you can. Thanks.

Could someone tell me if this is a known issue or not?

First I've ever heard of such. Seems far fetched to me to have it be ARC causing this. I'd more lean to it being a Browser/Flash/Shockwave/Java issue. I just don't know what to tell you, other than if you truly believe it is ARC, then contact Support directly. These are player support forums, not game support forums.
