I get a friendship request from Goldsellers every 10 minutes. I always hit Spam but it seems they don't get banned.
Every 10 minutes it's disturbing.
Anyone experiencing the same? I wont like to put myself in a glass environment for dealing with them.

Preferences,
set to "visible to friends only",
in PE at least.
That should give you some peace.
Back to our main concern, you're not alone, many people in my guild complains about it too.
I personally have 2 requests a week, not every 10 minutes like you, but my ignore list is sooooooooo full...
Friend request, then spam.
/jk but really, the gold spammers in pe chat are what irritate me the most.

So may be they tab through players in their range too, while they work through /who...
But I have an idea that would help a lot to fight the normal spam in channels like /zone, /lfg, ect. Why isn't there a code implemented that:
1. Removes all the previous messages from 'persons' you ignored or reported as spam.
2. That this happens to everyone who can see that spam when X people click on "Report Spam"?
Such a code is easy to implement, and would be effective when people realize it actually helps removing the annoying spam when they report it.
Doesn't make sense why they are doing it. As I had said in the other thread such behavior would encourage me to not buy from them but gold sellers have never been overly bright.
I don't know how much can be done but I'll let the powers that be know it seems to be a growing problem. For now you can follow the steps @regenerde supplied but hopefully the developers can look into alternatives. No matter what, though, that will take time so please remain patient.
Messages that trigger the spam filter could then be redirected into another chat channel, and the players could look over the filtered messages later, to check if everything is working.
All it takes is a) Raise the bar for when friend invites can be sent (so I can't roll up a brand-new toon and send friend invites from the training area), and b) Dedicate a few GMs to permanently banning gold seller accounts.
It's really not at all hard to do, not expensive to implement, and most likely improves PWE's bottom line.
