Which is weird since they said they weren't going to implement changes to Xbone like the PC. Seems hard to get a clear answer or answer at all from them, which is typical. Rps should be easy as heck to get with the amount needed now. Nobody wants to sit around upgrading eight pieces until the next expansion to watch it be worthless, they really gotta learn that people put a high value on their personal time.
No. What they said was they weren't going to change it from the way it was on the pc. People mis-interpreted that to mean no change from xbox which was not accurate.
I am experiencing about the same drop rate as before, had Opals, lesser runestones, sapphires, amethysts, peridots... nothing that I would notice a change at all.
@jody095 Well in this thread alone there are 4 other people that have similar experiences to me. And my entire guild has mentioned increase in refining stones. So, I guess I turn your statement around and say...Your the only one, sorry!
Completely agree Pat our Guild is swamped with stuff just had to spring another 600K to open up slot 4 to keep stuff in we are getting so much R stuff lol

I've definitly noticed it over the past few days since the patch, today i decided to really put it to the test and it seems that after farming hard for 30 mins (hotenow) my dragon hoards (10%) stopped working, i tried logging out and logging back in, changing areas (whispering caverns) to no avail after 25 mins of no refinenement (I will update if it starts dropping again tonight), seems they dont want any hard grinding/farming of refinement anymore.. or a glitch of sorts.
Yeah...was worried about DH nerf but I love the RP collection I now have. Happily surprised. I can see why PC players were annoyed though as they already had a baseline with previous content, whereas we just now got access to it (and the RP available).
Well there is a difference thats for sure. Take off your DH and just use your Azures to level your char to 70 and you will see the difference... LOL. after i hit 70 last Fri and put them on i got a Black Opal right away.

I had my char to 70 within 36 hours of the launch of EE. I'm trying to level up my arti weapons now, gonna take a while at 30 mins of farming and over 2.5 hours of waiting for them to "cooldown"
Ive been running 15% chance for months and while the first half of the day does feel like an increase undoubtedly, the end of the night i see very liitle drops pop up in the box. Its my opinion that there is some sort of soft cap to the dragon hoards now. While the refinement never stops coming in i do feel it noticeably slows down.
Running only 1% drop a player that can kill 3-4 mobs every 15 seconds (easily done) will look like this: Mobs per hour: 960 Nothing drops: 99% Percent chance nothing drops: = .99^960 = 0.00645% or 1 in 15,496
I run 5%. As a SW I can kill pretty quickly, but I'll use a conservative 5 kills per 15 seconds. .95^1200 = 1.86% x 10^-27 or 1 in 540,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
I understand the gamblers fallacy, but you have to look at the fact that nothing dropped for an hour. The botters have access to tons of collected data from all their bots. They know the formula. The only thing the developers are doing is hiding it from honest players.
It's obviously shut down at a certain point. Just play a couple days for long stretches and you can see when it happens. I'm not sure if it's an rp amount or time spent in game.
At some point not long after you start playing, the tap is simply turned off. No more refining stones, peridots, opals, saphires. Won't change until the next day.
I was running with a friend today we both have the same drop percentage where they got drops I was getting none. I changed instance, adventure zones & dungeons I have had NO drops today.
I dont see why you all are having issues. I get lots of drops. Heck i can do dread ring dailies and get a bunch of lesser resonance stones and aquamarines and peridots. Since the new mod, my lesser resonance stone drops have quadrupled.

Everyday I log in @ 6am and start running dailies. I get no refinement drops at all for about an hour and a half every day @ 6am. If I play again anytime after about 10:30am, I get them every thirty seconds. Eventually they seem to cut off again. I have been unable to determine repeatable patterns except every morning I will not get any until about 10:30am. I am going to be switching to fey blessing during this time. Don't ever expect to hear the formula DHE uses now from a dev. Do expect people to tell you your 1 in a trillion chance to not get drops for hours at a time is you just being unlucky.
Edit: I assume if I didn't play at all for a full 24 hours and then logged in @ 6am I would get drops. I can't go for 24 hours though.

@blindmonkeyz I doubt the quadrupled it. People with 15% would have noticed it. What percent are you running? There may be a new base + % value.
Either way, they need to update the item description to reflect reality. Having 15% drop rate enchantments drop nothing most of the day is basically a lie/bait-and-switch/bad design.
