no forced respec on all chars?

It forced it on the first character I logged into. my other characters are ruined with the new tree and lack of points to fill them and there is no respec available for them. WTH? really all I care about is the feats.. the choices I made before worked. I was allowed to get that final point in. the new tree is larger I had points in a different tree as well as the one I used to get my special feat. because of that i cannot reach the special feat anymore.

I have the same issue here. My Trickster got a free respec, but my CW didn't get one. Now I'm unable to access the final Paragon feat which was sort of huge for the build. Weird that some people got the respec on all toons, and others did not.
