unable to support the game

I have been playing perfect world games for many years. little over 6 months ago I moved long distance and my Email changed as did my ISP. I cant seem to update my info anyplace so you cant contact me. I have stopped spending money on the game. sorry lake of support has that effect. I do enjoy the game and would like to help support the community some also. been trying to get this fixed for 6 months please help before I get sick of waiting and find something else. please don't post the arc links they do not work.
