Error 36

So I decided to log my secondary, inactive account to claim the promo code... not sure what's in it but if it's for the benefit of my guild I'll log that account for the purpose. At the loading screen, this happened:

It keeps trying to load, but always comes back with this Error 36. I have tried in Safe Mode, Force Verify in Safe Mode, nothing works. Any ideas how to fix this?

    Right click the shortcut you use for the launcher and Run as Administrator. If you use ARC or Steam, open the folder that contains "Neverwinter.exe" and then right click it and Run as Administrator. If that works for you, go back to the shortcut or folder and right-click it, select Properties and then check mark to have it always Run as Administrator. Let me know if this works or not for you.

    Thanks Zeb, I actually already had the desktop icon set to run as Administrator. It was only doing this trying to log into Live, it gave me no issues with Preview. I'm trying the desperation last resort... reinstalling. May Tymora bless this effort.
