Guild Bank Glitching

I have had enough of the guild bank glitching all the time, either my members cant deposit, cant withdraw, or the damn name keeps resetting back to default.
Well now its gone too far.........
Only myself within the guild has permission to change the parameters, and i have my gold bleeding out to help guildies, 50silver for Recruits(Rank 1), 1gold for Members(Rank 2), 2gold for Senior Members(Rank 3), Ranks 4&5 are trusted Officers and can withdraw what they need, Rank 6 is obsolete, and I am the Leader.
Because of the glitches with the bank I check it everyday to make sure everything is still the way it should be, and if not correct it.
Rank within my guild for Rank 1,2 & 3 is based on level, Recruits lvl 1-19, Members lvl 20-59, Senior Members lvl 60
All this is great yet somehow today, (22/08/2015 @ 18:20:53s UK), a RECRUIT who was due to be kicked from the guild for inactivity for over month, (if you are still a Recruit in my guild for over 4weeks then you really are not playing!!)

was able to withdraw 295gold out of the guild bank just before leaving the guild (He was unaware that he was gonna be kicked)
I have checked the parameters and the limit on Recruits has been removed, and I really would not make that mistake, has those limits are set to help people within my guild.
Strangely he left 50silver in the bank (Recruits Daily Allowance)
Either the bank glitched again, or somehow he hacked it, either way, I've had enough of it, I have 3 repositories open, and am reluctant to open any more because of complaints from some members.
I have submitted a Ticket (#150822-002029)
Lets see how Arc intend on dealing with this one!!!!

To report these guild bank bugs in a non-accusational manner, as a proper "bug report" and not "support ticket," please do use the bug report thread that already exists on these issues, or make an in-game /bug report. Thanks!
