Near death status

I am interested in getting the lathander set. Does anyone know exactly what near death means? Is it when your hit point drop below 25% Is this a good set to have as a DC for mod 6?

    It works with soulforged when you resurrect.

    Near death status is when you're lying on the floor "dead" with the release button, waiting for someone to pick you up. When you get picked up, everyone around you gets a heal and a buff.

    Also as mentioned above, if you have the Soulforged enchantment, you get the heal and buff when that enchant resurrects you.

    It's a nice enough buff, but the circumstances to trigger (being rez'ed) it are rather unforgiving.

    If I didn't already have the Valindra set, I probably would have gone for the Lathander Soulforge Angel of Protection combo myself.

    People doing that sometimes like to throw in a Phoera/Mystic Phoera.
