Cant see Quest Exclamation(!) above NPC

I'm in the Chasm and all of a sudden I cant see the quest givers exclamation. so I'll do a quest and walk around wondering what to do when there is actually someone else who will give you 1 quest. Is there a solution? or do I have to walk around talking to everyone finding it. I can see the Question mark though when I complete it or while doing it.

    Has been happening to me in PE for the quests by the Harper. I assume a bug report has been filed.

    Cant c the marks at all? Sometimes happens that the icon is buried in the ground right under the NPC, leaving but a glow, but mostly noticeable...well, easy to spot when u know what u r looking for.

    The mark disappears if your character level is way over the level of the mission. You can get the mission by talking to the character directly. I guess the idea is: it is trying to slow down your experience gain and not keep over power in the remaining of the game.

    Ohhh I get what you mean, PlasticBat. I'm a pretty high level for the area due to all the other ways of getting exp fast, skirmish, dungeon, dragon cult dailies, pvp, invoking. So i'll go check out the places around my level to see if you're right.

    yeah its only been broken for 3 months now... maybe after they are done combatting the botters by punishing legit players they will get around to their broken quests...

    Most of the Tyranny quests are tagged as level 60, which means you outlevel the markers for them when you hit 67.

    Not a good design decision.

    They are also on a low priority to properly fix the levels or re-evaluate the priorities, so you will just need to click every quest giver until you can get one that has a quest for you.

    It would be nice if there was an option to "See low level quests" that the user can check or uncheck. This would make it much easier if somebody wanted to go back to a lower level area to just finish all of the quests.
