Quest Bugs: Epic Adventure; Epic Artifact Equipment

My friend and I have been experiencing problems with these two quests.

I am on the Epic Artifact Equipment quest. It requires me to get 2 characters to level 60 as well as complete the seed of air quest and something else. I have done everything the quest asks, including leveling a paladin and hunter to level 60 in addition to my 70 warlock. The quest still only shows 1/2 level 60 characters. What else do I need to do to complete this?

As for my friend, he is on the Epic Adventure quest that requires him to refine the shards of enchantment but he did not receive the shards in his bag. I don't believe he sold or banked them because he received the quest after we turned in the Seed of Air and got our shiny new weapons. What can he do?

Is that the one were you are trying to get the class artifact? Sounds like it with the 2xL60. If so you have to have boons (although there was a post that they were dropping that requirement) to get into icewind dale. Then you talk to the guy there in the bar, then back to neverwinter, then go do the actual quest that ends with killing a beholder.

There is a problem with that one though, it was designed to get at L60 characters and you have 2x of them and the boons etc. But with the new level cap came a new screw up, that quest that you can get at 60 and all that has L70 and L71 mobs (the beholder and its ad a L71)

If you don't have a character that can't withstand lots of dmg and timedon't even bother doing it until you can do L69+ stuff. It's like shar/dread/WoD, the new cap made former L60 zones a new insta death for former L60.

The shards quest doesn't have to be resolved with the shards you get right then and there. If he doesn't have the shards, he can get some different ones, possibly even by bringing another alt to level 60. Use preservation wards and you can use the same 4 shards for multiple characters, since they won't be destroyed from failure. You probably do have to use flaming/frost/lightning shards, though it would be interesting if anyone found out if the quest would resolve from making a lesser of any kind of enchant.

It's an optional quest anyway. Just a mini-tutorial to try to get people to buy coalescent wards.

On the bright side, it's 4k artifact/enchantment RP for free :^)

...and another quest zombie in your quest journal. But that can be helped by using "abandon".

It's flagged as unabandonable. Which makes sense because it would be exploitable otherwise.
