Didn't get Quest; Dungeon Delving

in The Moonstone Mask (PC)
I have a problem; I didn't get the "Dungeon Delving" quest, and "Troubled Times" is well beyond my level. What am I supposed to do? I'm at an impasse.

    Dungeon Delving wouldn't help you level up, but it does grant access to your free daily dungeon key. You do want this resolved, so see if you can pick up the threads of it.

    If you are so underlevelled as to not be able to continue with the main plot, either play some Foundry quests or do some PvP matches, whichever type of gameplay you like better.

    Open the dashboard (L or K) and tab over to catalogue. Pick anything that sounds interesting.
