Final Boss Vote Kick

Once a group has made it to the final boss area, there should be NO vote kick options. You've made it to the end as a group and everyone should be entitled to loot rewards if successful.
Granted if the party wipes/fails on "X" number of attempts, then I could see the vote kick being understandable and somewhat fair.
