Totally unfair

So after the devs messed up and allowed everyone to take multiple respec tokens, at no fault but their own, they remove the tokens ( fair enough), but then they start banning some players. Almost everyone claimed more than the supposed one. If it was only one allowed why the hell would you allow people to claim as many free tokens as they wanted then ban them for it? After finding out why I was banned and attempting to appeal through tickets with no response and just being ignore I made a thread about it. No surprise the thread was deleted and it seems like we're being completely ignored? A friend was in a live support chat asking about the banning and next minute the support member disconnected the chat when questioned if he could do anything..

Yeah I've heard a lot of instances of poor relations. Even if someone does something wrong there should be someone to say hey tuff your banned for 7 days or something. Im not saying I approve of using exploits, I don't. I want to feel secure in knowing I won't lose an account I've spent money on without someone talking to me why or attempting to work it out if there's a mistake that happened. Makes me uneasy about spending anymore money, I've spent about $90 btw. Which isn't a ton but still enough I wouldn't want to lose it.

I took a ton of them. I could really care less if they ban me, this game has lost it's fun factor.
