Depends on the build, a STR/Con/Rec Might/Heavy Weapons with Unstoppable can get away with one Rec Mod to help survivalabilty with a 3rd Con mod, others I tend to do slot 2 for each stat.

What's stopping you from slotting one super stat's worth of mods in one gear, and the 2nd on the other? do what you will with the third, I get the impression it's mainly trivial for most like Rec/End, who else slots those? Thinking from a balancing standpoint Heals over Time(And Energy to?) maybe a tad, over-performing, bestial already has built in tools for Heals, like Thrash and Bite, don't want to trivialize variety making a go-to passive for most builds, the developers would have to deliberate, you also got Regen to consider.

Bite, Eviscerate, Reapers Embrace as for as I'm aware, they basically spike damage, Bite gives you consumption which is a HoT, while Eviscerate applies Deep Wound relative to the Bleed stacks you applied, that is a more powerful DoT Debuff that cannot apply bleeds while active and which Thrash suppose to take advantage of.

Okay so this is intended to be a Slashing AT, tho last I checked, Form of the Swordsmen triggers from Bleeds, so unless you're adjusting that, then this isn't going to work well. (Haven't been on PTS to check this out so understand if I'm unaware of changes)
