Perhaps this is a dumb question, but why do all of the Cryptic games have to go through maintenance on the same day? Different days or even different times would allow those of us who are playing one game to enjoy the other two while our main game is in downtime. Just a thought.
For a good active offense that fits your theme, might I suggest Shadow Shroud with the Terrifying Visage advantage. The look is darkness awesome sauce and the buff isn't bad either.
Or just go to Google and search for Can I Run It. That site will analyze your system and tell you if you can run any number of games, and you just ask it to look for Champions Online. Takes less than a minute.
Sorry, but you will probably not see a review of FC any time soon. As far as its identity is concerned, it is the single target DPS set. If you look, the main debuff after the third Viper's Fangs is Shredded, which gives a 10% dmg boost to all dmg and another 10% more slashing dmg for an effective 20% increase in FC dmg…
The controller/dom/defender style debuffs cannot and will not work in CO for some significant reasons. And please understand that I am not trying to marginalize the controll/buff/debuff play style. Two of my favorite toons from CoX were my plant/nature troller, and my earth/storm troller. I'm just offering an explanation…
As far as the TP bug go, they are there to stay I'm afraid. The switching of the hotkeys activating the upper row instead of the bottom row is a pretty simple solution. Just alt tab out of the game to another window, or to your desktop, then alt tab back into the game after a couple of seconds and this issue should go…
This is my take on a PA build and I have had a lot of fun with it. PowerHouse (Link to this build) Name: Bore Sight Archetype: Freeform Super Stats: Level 6: Endurance (Primary) Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary) Level 15: Intelligence (Secondary) Talents: Level 1: The Glacier Level 6: Field Ops Training Level 9: Survival…
I like pistols. It's a fun set to play, but I prefer to keep my pistols toon at range rather than a close combat shooter. If you are going to buy a FF slot perhaps think about wether you can just sub for a while, or if you have enough you may consider a lifetime sub, because I believe that the cost for 1 FF slot is way…
My firs impression is that this build has no synergy, and is missing a couple of critical things for a tank. If you are going to tank then you need a power with crippling challenge and a way to stay in melee range, if you are a mostly melee toon, in case you get knocked around a bit. So, with that in mind, I used your…
Well, anything that really needs its Aggro held for any length of time that your team can't AoE into oblivion will be a Super Villain or higher and will not move due to knock immunity. What I would do is to shift stuff down by one in your power picks and take Mighty Leap much earlier. This lets you belt the crap out of the…
This was a build that I have played around a bit with in the past. Not really the techie gadget type archer you are looking at but still fun none the less. PowerHouse (Link to this build) Name: Pack Hunter Archetype: Freeform Super Stats: Level 6: Dexterity (Primary) Level 10: Intelligence (Secondary) Level 15:…
Thanks for noticing that I had left out the Emerging Nightmares adv. I thought that I had included it so I had to drop rank 2 from BCR to get it squared, and that is really not much loss per tic from BCR now that I look at it. It was the same head slap to me when I started to think about it. Then I was reading a thread…
