I don't know why you'd use a vehicle mid combat, but there are devices that deactivate toggle forms? That seems pretty bad, regardless of what toggle you're using imo

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. The only underwhelming part about using Arrow Assault that I can think of is that it deals piercing and fire damage, so it won't get buffed by burn through, unfortunately :/

What should I replace [Power Conversion] with after I don't need it anymore? I was thinking either imp engine just for the extra per 0.5 sec dmg tick, or Arrow Assault, both are 100ft, 25 ft spheres, but imp engine can't crit, and it can't apply overpower, it looks like it's base damage is way higher than Arrow Assault…

I'm sure there was something Hybrid builds were good at, maybe they're best for PvP content? I've never really messed with PvP at all, so I don't know, but that's the only other thing I can think of. The devs must have designed Hybrids for a specific niche somewhere, right?

No, not really. I have 4 FF slots that I'd like to get to level 40. My dps is already 40, so I wanna also have a Tank, Healer, and a Hybrid. I just wanted a throwaway build I could use to level up and then retcon.

But wait, don't I need Particle Smash for the debuff? Orbital Laser applies Plasma Burn, so following up with Particle Smash would apply Disintegrate, which lowers particle damage resistance, right?

Ah, perfect. This is exactly what I was looking for! I kinda figured a few things would be outdated by now. Is Ego Surge worse now too? I figured it would be good since the extra ego would give power discount and crit severity though specs, as well as more damage, but I noticed you took it out.

Also, gimmicks aside, what would the best power armor dps build be in your opinion? I've changed my build so many times I've lost count, Having something that's optimized would be nice. I'm open to losing the less conventional powers like Orbital Cannon if need be.
