Hmm, i like the idea of Mental Storm. What are the dmg values like on it? I'm trying not to go too near to TK as i already have two characters with TK abilities. but Ego Placate could work - shames its not AoE ;)

what are the diminishing returns like on debuffs in end game?

what rank for sigils would be advisable? Never been a big fan of sigils especially when it comes to bosses, they tend to just get broken super fast =/

Hi Moxie, i too played COX for just over 7 years. Going for a magic based character in CO opens up A LOT of options. yeah i was debating about whether to take a shield or not, plus there is that fun advantage with Eldritch shield . Does conviction scale with con or pres? Also in regards to MSA, i wasnt 100% sure on whether to take it or not but i think with spamming Mini drive and conviction i should be ok maybe :s

Could you just explain to me why i need these 'Level 29: Masterful Dodge Level 32: Evasive Maneuvers (Sleight of Mind)' Im a brand new player and dont really understand active offense/defense.
