If you're going with physical damage and want to use an offensive passive I would suggest Quarry. As far as other powers it really just depends how you want to fill out the concept... munitions bots might be cool, like Shockwave's Rumble. I just started playing a similar build, and wanted to suggest Aspect of the Bestial in place of Form of the Tempest. I usually stick to Tempest myself, but with the bleeds, Bestial is awesome. Just something to try. ^_^
