I've had the same problem, since Monday the 13th of September. I've talked to the support group twice now. The first time, i was given nothing but a copy of the latest "answers" to general internet questions, literally, the answers that were presented as general answers to similar questions. I tried all their ideas anyway…

I've been having the same problem since Sunday Night/Early Monday morning, the 13th entering into the 14th. This is becoming very frustrating.
