I guess I'll defend lower level heroes joining in cause I'm usually one of them (have all my slots full and only one hero in the 20+ range (darn you altism)). The lower level villains are so easy that you do tend to get over confident (except for some bosses/EBs). Alerts can actually teach you that you are still breakable…

I would say that it also has to do with newer players as well. I have one lvl 20 and a lvl 17 (or 18) and I actually have no idea how to travel to the other places. Can some one post the best guide to buying stuff in the game? I notice a bunch of vendors and I think each of them use different currency (or maybe just special items).
