  • The last time someone tested this I think it averaged to 2.78 salvage per lockbox.
  • I posted about this a while back. From the tests I ran it looked like offense and criticals were on the same damage layer. This means that the damage bonus from offense does not crit. Non crit: total damage = damage + offense_bonus crit: total damage = (damage x crit_severtiy) + offense_bonus

  • A couple of quick points. MSA scales primarily with Int not Rec. Without any Int you won't get much out of it. Unbreakable was fixed a while back; it no longer breaks. I actually like it with Defiance as it works well against hordes of plinkers, which is a weak point of Defiance.
  • It's my understanding that you're not meant to be able to run a non PA power at the same time as PA power. Activating a PA power is supposed to lock out all non PA powers.   • You're not reading it right. Every character (new and old) gets a token good for one free aura. So relax and enjoy the good news.
  • Ego Surge - Nimble Mind and Vindicator's focused strikes and mass destruction give direct crit chance not rating. The changes to the crit rating curves have nothing do with these bonuses. Unless there's been a huge stealth change to how these work.

The defense numbers have no diminishing returns but their effectiveness does. 100 defense stops 19% of incoming damage, 200 defense stops 32%, 300 defense stops 42%, and 400 defense stops 49%.   • Haha. That's a good one. Oh wait, you're serious. That explains it. :tongue: I do actual development for a living. With development, testing, QA, etc, you're going to need a lot more than 200 man hours. I agree that a foundry would be fantastic but we need to be realistic.
  • 100% dodge is not dodge anymore, it's defense. You should never be able to reach 100% dodge except for very short bursts (Masterful Dodge). Dodge is all about playing the RNG game. If you want predictable defenses we already have Defiance and Invulnerability.
  • That's probably more complicated than it needs to be. You may as well have bosses just drop "Justice Bucks" that you save up to purchase Justice gear.
