In reference to an RP I recently did, Maj. Matrix@GorinZachian getting smacked by Count Dracula.

Yes, the Count is a Marvel villain. If that doesn't count, then Morbius, the living vampire

Hello heroes - fixes and an update
This is one of my favorites for a couple of reasons and it usually nets me quite a bit of attention - The Marvel Mash-Up! Lottery and one (un)lucky hero is going to get pasted by the Epic Marvel Villain of their choice.

The Marvel Mash-Up! - Remember this is for true geeks only, you're going to lose. So pick which Epic Marvel Villain you would like to see utterly defeat your hero. This is a new series so all villains are available (not including Galactus types). By Epic I mean the big gun / name brand villains not just the cosmic entity types. Do keep in mind that I'm an older fan so the villain you choose must be part of the main Marvel Universe and will be drawn in the most recognizable costume or era.

    Standard Rules:
    (01) Post the name of your Hero and your @name.
    (02) Post the name of the Epic Marvel Villain you lose to.
    (03) You are responsible for posting a screen-cap of your hero
    * Do not post the screen cap until the winner is drawn, no screen cap no doodle however.

    MARVEL MASH-UP: R#2
    (01) Sister Silicon Prime@KWRussell getting bounced by the Juggernaut.
    (02) Black Diamond@Ravenforce beaten down by The Unstoppable Juggernaut
    (03) Blunt Force@Mal666 being crushed after a city tearing battle by Apocalypse!
    (04) Doctor Kaballa@milleniumguardian magically outduelled by Baron Mordo
    (05) Stellar Storm@Glass-Rose beaten by Thanos
    (06) Glimmer@kallethen has a crushing defeat by Doc Ock.
    (07) This time around let's go Brown Recluse vs Mysterio. @prestochango
    (08) @esalmighty U'Tarefson Harker VS. Morbius
    (09) Princess Thunder@bluegrassbeast fighting Lady Deathstrike!
    (10) A.R.E.S.@RandomChance42 vs Ultron.
    (11) Jaguar@apygoos needs more than speed to fight Ultron Prime!
    (12) Liira@Pariba vs... The Kingpin. [who I remember from that wierd 60s spiderman cartoon :D ]
    (13) Catmander Claw@purpulius vs Loki
    (14) Star Warden@KenKurobasa losing a vicious fight with Annihilus!
    (15) Maj. Matrix@GorinZachian getting smacked by Count Dracula.

"I liked him better in the mid-90s in his first ongoing, where he was trying to be a hero, just failing at it miserably, back before he got turned into comic relief."
*Yeah I can understand that, for me there is absolutely no reason for any hero to work with him let alone tolerate his demands like the horrible Marvel Girl costume incident. If he was a specialty book or something I might get into it more but he's mainstream Marvel.

"Yes, the Count is a Marvel villain. If that doesn't count, then Morbius, the living vampire"
*Yes, I am quite well versed in Marvel Comics. Tomb of Dracula had quite an impressive run and Gene Colan's Count is more than epic enough to enter.
Good luck everybody and I'll see you all tomorrow!

All right, rolled as a d20, the die faces a "18", rolled again the die now faces a "15" "Congratz to Maj. Matrix!" I'll get started on this as soon as the screen cap gets posted to the thread.

Remember the next lottery isn't just The Marvel Mash-Up R#3, it's the Grand Prize, this time the hero gets to WIN!
    Thanks all,

Thanks spordelia and sorry blackwolf305, the Grand Prize Round is exclusive to those who entered one of the two previous bouts. I'll compile a guest list of the previous entries and when it's full I'll roll for the Grand Prize winner.
The slogan "if you were big enough to lose to an Epic Marvel villain then you are big enough to win!" pretty much sums it up in a hokey carnival voice.

A little off topic I know but it was originally pitched as a lottery so here's one of my own Fantasy Figures. Size is a little off but it's meant to be a symbolic picture anyways she's a druid not a hunter so that's her cat form.

The Marvel Mash-Up R#2 sketch is done and I have started to clean it up, when I start the inks I'll set up the Grand Prize Lottery so stay tuned.

*It's all good, as long as you like your character. Most of the people here are good but there has been a few rather boring draws, but the payoff still comes from the unveiling. I try not to judge the characters anymore than needed to do the illustration.

    "Glimmer@kallethen takes down a Sentinal."
*You need to pick a name brand villain, a Sentinel while cool is a nameless robot. There is also the size issue as well, even the smallest Sentinel can be a hard fit. If your an X-man fan or like robots, how about Nimrod?

"(Also, troll.. ugh, sorry, I was thinking half-orc. Never played WoW to any extent)"
*No worries, in black&white the Troll and Orcs of Wow share a lot of features, the main difference is size, some colouring and the hands and feet. That's the females, the males look totally different in comparison. I'd post my Orc pic but it looks unintentionally rude due to the fact that I couldn't finish it, lol.

    Hello Heroes
The Marvel Mash-Up R#2 lottery winner's picture is now posted "Congratz to Maj. Matrix!"
    Drained01_zps0nosvqym.jpg
The composition was a little harder than I originally thought it would be, but I think I captured the defeat pretty well. I knew I was in a little trouble when I found out that my heroine wore more black than Dracula, but the red inner cape seems to frame their bodies nicely. I do hope you get a kick out of this doodle,

We have actually filled the guest list so I'll finalize the official list and roll for my winner.

    (02) Post the name of the Epic Marvel Villain you get to win against.
    (03) You are responsible for posting a screen-cap of your hero
    * Do not post the screen cap until the winner is drawn, no screen cap no doodle however.

    (18) Placeholder
    (19) Placeholder
    (20) Placeholder

Added placeholders and rolled as a d20, the die faces a "18", rolled again it faces a "19".
All right third times the charm "17" "Congratz to Liira!"

This is going to be a little tricky due to MODOK's body type so I'll need your rough height when you post the screen cap. Also, what is a wiffle bat and does it exist in-game?

Thanks to everyone who joined up,
    AC

Gratz for winning and getting Paul Revere stuck in my head!
Choose your enemies carefully, because they will define you / Make them interesting, because in some ways they will mind you
They're not there in the beginning, but when your story ends / Gonna last with you longer than your friends

XD Totally wasn't expecting it, Thanks AC!

Shes tiny, min hight save for leg slider so, under five foot? 'Course she's suposed to look around 12, so I figured that was about right. Gave you 2 school uniforms and her "I'm a sidekick" outfit, so draw whatever you feel works best, I'm not fussy.

As for a wifflebat? it's a kids plastic baseball bat, usually yellow, and i think a bit smaller then a normal baseball bat. Liira occasionally spikes hers with rusty nails and no, closest thing in came is the dog's bat saw, just.. minus the saw? Shes cursed AT, so I kinda pretend she has one and smacks baddies with it. Though given her size, I'm not she can hurt anyone with it. Annoyingly bruise them, maybe?

uh. geeze that pic is huge. Sorry. I stole it off wiki.
I just googled Modok, hes Fuuuuugly. I'm curious to see how this ends up :D

PS. Can I put the drawing on my primus page when it's done, with credit to you? :)

I must be blind, but I can't see the Major's left arm. :S

That's because you wouldn't, the Major's neck is turned quite aways and is resting on Dracula's shoulder. His arm comes across the front and around her torso. Her shoulder would be under his and her arm would hang limply straight down, which would be hidden by the fact that her main torso is turned towards his grasp. Hope that clears it up for you,

I do hope you get a kick out of this doodle,
    AC

Something about this drawing draws me to it... The fitting posture and expression maybe. She is limp and helpless, he is aggressive and menacing. The posture alone says it...

"Good can be found in heights, even in the deepest pits of evil" but "The valleys of evil always exist in the mountains of good."
