Top Two Player Issues. July 7th, 2012

This thread has been created to gather the top two bugs in Champions Online from each user that posts. These bugs can be on any part of Champions Online, and not just on recent PTS content and/or updates.

The bugs that are reported should not be based on feedback or balancing issues. The Bugs that we are looking for are similar to the examples below:
  1. I cannot turn in this mission for the reward.
  2. Critters in this area do not ?aggro? to my equal level character, unless provoked/attacked first.
  3. Text Typos.
  4. This power has no graphical FX on the Lowest Graphical Settings.
  5. This power is doing Crushing Damage, instead of the stated Fire Damage.


When this thread is being reviewed by myself or another developer, the reported bugs will be reviewed and added into the original post for easier viewing for our developers and player base. If this thread becomes too large to manage, I will create a new updated thread and bring over the current list of bugs that we have gathered at that point.

Going further into keeping this thread as clean as possible, I will be enforcing a few additional rules for this thread, and only this thread. These rules are posted below:
  1. Users should submit a single post with no more than two bugs. We will see how the first wave of posts go, and we may change this restriction.
  2. All content in the post will be related only to the bug(s) that are being reported by that user.
  3. Posts should not contain any Quotes, from this thread or others.
  4. A bug should only be posted once.
  5. If more Information on an already posted bug is available, this information can be addressed to ?@Drannic? in a Private message, and I can update the reported bug in the Original Post.

Reported Bug Format:
Short Summary
  1. Location of issue if applicable
    • The Map?s Display name can be located at the top of the mini-map
    • The command ?/loc? can be used to gather the XYZ cords of your characters current location
  2. Reproduction Steps
    • These Steps should be clear Step-by-Step instructions to cause the reported bug to be reproduced.
  3. Result of Bug and/or the Expected result that should have happened.

Example of a Bug Report:
Player spawns outside of the playable area on the Vibora Bay Alert Map.
Vibora Bay Alert! (1621 -36 362)
Reproduction steps:
  1. Join an Alert that is located on the Vibora Bay Map.
  2. While on this Map, Force the Client to Crash.
  3. Restart Client, and log back into this character.
  4. Observe the Character?s spawning Location.
Result: Character has spawned outside of the Alert?s Playable Area after a client crash, and is now stuck and can no longer participate in the alert.

    35. Powers: Gadgeteering: Nanobot Swarm: Power is not reducing cooldown times for the amount listed. (oyo32, Thread Post)
    36. Powers: Summon Critter: Summoned critters do not sidekick causing them to despawn. (sockmunkey, Thread Post)
    37. Systems: Controls Options: Auto Attack: After transferring maps, the Energy builder is cancel even after the option is set to never cancel. (polishlighting, Thread Post)
    38. Systems: Keybindings: Target Team Member: The Keybindings for F2-F5 do not target members on an Open Mission team. (jesterknot, Thread Post)
    39. UI: Tailor: Nemesis Creation: Loading a saved costume no longer works on the First Nemesis for the character. (beldin, Thread Post)
    40. UI: Chat Window: After transferring maps the chat window is set to the top of the chat log. (spiritbrand, Thread Post)
    41. UI: Windows: There is a small list of window that do not close with the use of the default Esc keybinding. The list can be found in the post. (fr0gurt, Thread Post)
    42. UI: Trade window: The trade window allows for possible exploiting. (fr0gurt, Thread Post)

    Working as designed:
    Issues under this category are issues that are caused with how our game works and may not be able to change, or these issues are working as designed. These issues will be brought up to development and discussed if it is possible to resolve, but no promises are being made.
    1. Systems: Powers: Loading into map causes travel powers to reset. (angelofcaine, Thread Post) [QA - When transferring to another map, all active powers are reapplied. This is possibly forcing the Travel power to start at stage one upon transfer.]
    2. Powers: Power Armor Framework: Overdrive: power is not working with Circle type powers. (amosov78, Thread Post) [QA - These Circle powers are charge type powers, and do not meet the powers description. They are not a Maintain nor a Toggle power. IDF will need to be investigated since it is a Toggle.]
    3. Powers: Toggle Stacking Passives: All stacks are lost when duration is completed. (amosov78, [URL=?http://co-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=2135911&postcount=16"]Thread Post[/URL]) [QA - When the duration of the buff has expired, all stacks will be removed (WAD). When your character is out of combat the stacks from the current rank will be apply every few seconds back to its amount granted by that rank.]
    4. Travel powers: Activating another travel power removes the current active travel power during the charge up. (sanguineviper, Thread Post) [QA -This issue was due to a change in our game engine, and was fixed to the way it works now. This issue will need to be investigated if it is possible to get it back to the way it used to work with the changes that were made to our game engine.]
    5. Report a Bug: The Bug System is not creating a Ticket when submitting a Bug Report Ticket. (jesterknot, Thread Post) [QA - The Report a Bug Ticket system is creating a ticket, but these tickets do not receive a response from a GM nor a Developer. Because of this, these tickets are flagged as hidden from the user and are not listed in the Ticket window. Only ?GM Help? Tickets will actually receive a response from a GM only. These submitted Bug Report Tickets are pulled by the Champions Online QA Team, and are reviewed periodically. Only in a very select few situations will we respond to one of the tickets and have it become visible to the user again requesting more information on the reported issue.]
    6. Costumes: Restricted costumes: Defenders Gloves and Therakiels Head are not accessible. (ethanmorrigan, Thread Post) [QA - There are a list of costumes that do need to set to be account wide, but the examples you used in the post are actually not granted to players on purpose. For example the Defenders Long Gloves & Boots, Cryptic Studios Emblem, and the Champions Emblem are only accessible by a Developer Account. There are many costume pieces that are not given to players and at the time of me writing this, are not planned to be unlocked to players.]
    7. Powers: Buff Durations: Durations continue during cutscenes. (falchoin, Thread Post) [QA - Currently this issue would probably take a lot of code changes to our engine if it is at all possible to get changed, and the buffs that are majorly effected by this issue have a quick ramp up time, making this a low priority issue if not WAD. But, the un-skipable cut scenes are something that can be looked into. I will bring this issue up to design with any new content, and when older content is revisited by development to review if a cut scene is necessary to be unable to be skipped.]
    8. Powers: Animations: Acrobatics Animation plays at full speed when moving slow with the Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller. (sigmaseven0, Thread Post) [QA - The Xbox 360 controller is a peripheral that can be used while playing Champions, but this peripheral is not 100% fully supported by our development team. At this time, the animations when using analog movement with the controller is working as designed.]
    9. Costumes: Costume Pieces are flagged as ?_Hidden: Player Started?. (ethanmorrigan, Thread Post) [QA - This flag was created when we gave archetypes their own unique default costumes. The issue here is that this flag should probably not be displayed to a user, and this issue is not related to how many times the tutorial has been completed. I will look into getting this cleaned up.]
    10. Systems: Global Chat Server: Report for spam feature is being abused. (somebob, Thread Post) [QA - This feature is a part of game engine, and will not be removed since all of our games use this. But since Champions has seen a huge drop in advertisers, maybe we can look into making a game specific change to lighten when the silence is placed on an account. I will bring this issue up with development to see if this is possible, or at least someone to look into it. Also to reassure, CO does have GMs, but with the increase of products and players under Cryptic Studios titles, GMs are not always granted the amount of time to ?show face? in game these days as I did when I was still a GM during Champions launch. :frown: ]
    11. Powers: Cooldowns are activated when a character is knocked. (kurabian, Thread Post) [QA - When a player is knocked or interrupted during the activation of a power, the cooldown being activated is working as designed. But the FX should not be playing if the power did not successfully go off. This FX issue will need to be looked into.]
    12. Powers: Inertial Dampening Field: Powers effect does not stack with Personal Force Field. (theravenforce, Thread Post) [QA - Currently this issue is working as designed. I have asked about this issue, and it is currently under investigation if this should become a bug and resolved, or if it will stay as Working as designed. There is no promise of an outcome to this.]
    13. UI: Bug Report Search Feature: The Search does not give expected results. (crosschan, Thread Post) [QA - Currently the search feature appears to be working correctly, but I believe the issue you are having is that the amount of tickets that are being displayed is a very small list of issues, and possible obsolete issues. Individual tickets are needed to be created by a GM or QA tester and have them publicly posted into this list and available for search. A user submitted ticket is only publicly made into this list after a GM or QA tester has fully edited the ticket and made to do so.]

    Issues that are unable to be reproduced:
    1. FX: Dual Swords: Sword streaks are no longer being displayed. (crypticbuxom, Thread Post) [QA - This issue may be related to hardware of user's platform. More information, possibly a DxDiag will be needed to find the cause of this issue.]
    2. UI: Tailor: Color Selection: An option is selected for the user without, the input from user. (demalion0, Thread Post) [QA - I was not able to reproduce this issue. When in the tailor, selecting one of the color pallets requires a Button Release until the color selection window appears. More information on how to reproduce what you are seeing will be required on this issue.]
    3. Powers: Travel Powers: Toggle: Power becomes locked, and can no longer disable the toggle. (ruiiji, Thread Post) [QA - I Personally have seen this issue in Champions, but there is no 100% reproducible steps. Spending time completing missions and using powers, leaves the possible cause of this issue to almost anything in our game. More investigation and limiting the scope of causes will be needed. I will continue to pay attention to this issue, but any additional information will be very helpful.]
    4. Systems: Hardware compatibility: ATI: Out of memory Fatal Error: User receives a fatal error rendering a texture. (frankendreadz, Thread Post) [QA - I am going to assume this issue is related to user hardware at this time. This issue might be a compatibility with the card and/or the graphics drivers currently being used. A DxDiag will be required to investigate further into this issue.]

    Nemisers misson prison break is bugged at the end the mob that is at the end forgot the name you can't attack it so you can't finsh the misson. Basicly you can't target vengences the final mob at the end she is untargetable

    Oh and yes tab targeting is still buged but if you can fix targeting compleatly. Alright targeting you would tap tab and it wouldent target the mob near you. Also clicking on the target it dosen't always register as you clicking on the mobs box if that helps

    #1 Summary: Lemurian Crisis locks out other players after the first player goes into the Aegir.

    Location: Crisis In Lemuria or Lemurian Crisis map.
    Coordinates: Unable to obtain coordinates at this time.

    Reproduction Steps:
    • Start a Lemurian Crisis queue and have 4 other players join the queue as well.
    • When the Crisis is launched and the map is loaded proceed through each objective until reaching the one called; "Enter the Aegir".
    • Have one of the players enter the submarine through the entrance.

    Result: This results in the 4 other players to not be able to enter the Submarine instance and is unable to continue. This also results in only one player of the 5 being able to fully complete the associated mission with the Crisis map.

    Expected: All the players who loaded into the Crisis should be able to enter the submarine and Complete the mission simultaneously.



    #2 Summary: Alexei Fyodorovich's rank on his character model is incorrectly labeled as "Captain".

    Location: Either Lemurian Crisis in Submarine or Echinocos Shores, Monster Island at /loc (2596 10 3102)

    Reproduction Steps:
    • Obtain the mission "Crisis in Lemuria" from either Drifter or the PRIMUS Crisis Officer.
    • Notice that Alexei Fyodorovich is labeled as Commander in the mission briefing text.
    • Queue up the Lemurian Crisis with 4 other players and load the Crisis Map.
    • When map is loaded, target Alexei Fyodorovich on the Nautilus submarine at the beginning of the Crisis and notice his rank.

    Result: His rank is labeled as "Captain" however both in the in-game mission briefing text and in the PnP (Hero Games lore), his UNTIL rank designation is "Commander".

    Expected: The name of the character model as just "Alexei Fyodorovich" without any rank designation and in all biographical/mission text referring to his rank; it should be labeled as "Commander".

    Note of all known areas where it is incorrectly labeled:
    - Character Bio
    - Mission; "Shards of Oblivion"; 2nd Mission Objective text requesting to return to contact.
    - Mission; "Dig Data Download; 3rd Mission Objective text requesting to return to contact.
    - Mission; "Spectrometer Elimination"; 3rd Mission Objective text requesting to return to contact.

    My only real bug complaint is: All the bugs concerning the costume pieces (especially the new costume unlocks that unlock only for one toon). But there are plenty other costume/tailor bugs that I would like to be fixed, I'm sure someone has a more detailed list than what I am providing.

    1) The many, many, many (many) Tailor issues you have right now. Costumes that are broken, costumes that are gender locked for no reason, costumes that have holes in them, etc etc etc. The number of bugged bits are too large to list.

    Read the ENTIRE thread. And that's not even the entire list of costume bits that has issues.

    2) Gravitar either kicking people out after they've zoned in (You are not part of this instance, kicking you in 10), or Gravitar starting without everyone zoning in first. Why in the world does the most difficult Alert not have the 'waiting for players' bit popping up?

    EDIT: How to cause Gravitar to start without getting everyone loaded in:
    1) First person in immediately goes through the teleporter and charges Gravitar.
    2) Those who hadn't loaded into the instance are now stuck behind the force shield when they do load in.
    2.5) NOTE: Yes, it does 'punt' people forward who are behind the shield when the first person activates Gravitar, but those with slow PCs who haven't loaded yet are stuck.
    3) Again, why doesn't the hardest Alert not have a 'waiting for players' countdown like every single other Alert?

    #1 Summary: Force Cascade energy form cancel keeps refreshing. This seems to happen with the interaction of the buffs given by specializations, causing to Force Cascade energy form cancel to refresh, and in some severe cases, indefinitely

    Location not applicable
    Reproduction steps:
    1. Get Kinetik Manipulation as your passive
    2. Get Endurance as your primary stat
    3. As your first 2 points of specialization choose Kickback.
    4. Get Force Cascade
    5. Hit anything (preferably dummies) with a force cascade so you can get the energy form cancel debuff
    6. Use your energy builder on another target (because likely force cascade sent your dummy flying and it will despawn)
    Result:
    Following those steps its expected that energy form cancel will refresh forever (well... until you kill your target with the energy builder). This seems to happen as well with other talent buff interactions.

    #2 Summary: At the tailor, the 4th color of individual pieces (with this I mean the colors on each piece on the right side, not the general colors that you link to on the left side) won't show you the color you've chosen as you hover them. It will show only as you actually choose the color, making it a very annoying bug.

    Reproduction steps:
    1. Get to the tailor
    2. Choose any piece to color (shoulders, chest, boots... anything).
    3. Try changing the 4th color of that palette.
    Result:
    You will notice that the colors wont change as you hover your mouse over the colors.

    The bugged costumes are, as far as i'm aware...

    All 3 arcane DEMON costumes on the PRIMUS vendor
    The 6 Fire demon and DEMON costumes on the UNTIL vendor
    The Lemurian back spikes and the Lemurian tail spikes on the UNTIL vendor.


    Gravitar boots and gloves do not show in the appropriate parts list and can only be found from the treasure search box.

    1. All dual blade attacks that produce a "light trail", such as Eye of the Storm does not produce the effect on any graphic settings.

    Replaced my graphics card to a more recent one (Radeon HD5450) and those effects don't show up anymore despite putting settings to max. Not sure if this is exclusive to the card.

    2. Valerian Scarlet's arm ribbon is separate from the entity.

    Monster Island Crisis
    - On Stop the VIPER Counter-Attack Mission the Gadget Boy and the rest of the Until Soldiers just stand at the beach instead of moving into the disabled Mega Terak area to help. This makes it so the player doesn't realize that Gadget Boy has a mission for him.

    Bugs that I have noticed and reported before, but will restate them here.

    1) Travel power: Hyper Ball. There is no difference in animation via the various ranks. Also weapon powers (Ex: Cleave from heavy weapons, Dragon's Wrath/Sword Cyclone from Dual Blades, etc.) do not display the weapons when the power is used with the travel power active.

    2) Placement/scaling of wings on female models. The placement and scaling of wings (bird/dragon show this in the greatest severity) is too far apart and too large on female models. The result is the base of the wings cutting into the arms of the female models, and in some cases, appearing detached from the back.

    Thermal Reverb isn't getting additional energy return from fire patches. This is a BUG, not a balance change, that was created when Thermal Reverb stacking to infinity was fixed. Old operation of the power was to grant one stack from clinging flames, and one additional stack for every fire patch near you, I. E. Flashfire, Pyre's lingering fire patch, etc. Ionic Reverb was as much as modeled after the way this power functioned, so it would be appreciated if this BUG was fixed to bring them back into parity.

    Getting knocked while using a Maintain power will often result in the player getting stuck in a knocked state for the remaining duration of the maintain in addition to the knock duration. This is most noticeable with powers that have long maximum durations, such as Lead Tempest, but it effects a wide variety of maintains, if not all of them. Given that this compounds the already problematic nature of knocks disallowing any defensive powers to be used, I feel this is a pretty good priority.

    ...I just recently realized something really disturbing. We're all eating Sodapop3's "humble pie."

    1) Zoning will (more often than not) cause your Travel Power to act as if you just left combat (travel speed "gears")
    2) "Glowing Eyes" (from ANY source; Dark Transfer, Shadow Surge, Costume piece, etc) ALWAYS show out the back of the characters head.

    Were there any specific reason for that personal attack other than that your opinion differs from mine?

    1) The Avian costume set released for the 900 day reward was not in the slightest bit finished and is quite buggy. Specifically, the male bird feet do not align with the legs, and the coloration of the entire set is completely off. For instance, in this image every piece is set to white, but as you can see nothing matches up. Please fix the coloration so when a piece is set to white, it's white, not off yellow or grey.


    2) Please apply the fix you intended to Smoke Grenade to make Cosmics and Legendaries immune to it's effects. it was stated in the recent patch notes but was never actually applied.

    1: The energy unlock "Overdrive" does not currently proc when using any of the "Circles" from the supernatural/sorcery sets; it also doesn't proc when using IDF from force, nor any of the charge/maintain martial arts attacks, like: One Hundred Hands, Burning Chi Fist, Dragon Uppercut and Open Palm Strike.

    2: Toggle stacks (and even the passive Defiance I've found out today) when ranked up will still drop off to zero. Requiring you to build them back up from scratch again. Shouldn't you only need to build them up from whatever rank they were supposed to be?

    1: All travel powers using the rolling animation from RAD Sphere cause weapon geos to disappear when not moving.

    Reproduction:
    1: Take rad sphere, hyper ball, or snowball roll and activate it.

    2: Take any powers that utilize weapons.

    3: Stand there and use them, wallah, no weapons, enjoy your invisible guns and swords.


    2: You totally broke the travel power charge interactions with the patch you did to fix being able to use two at once.

    Reproduction:
    1: Fully charge a travel power.

    2: Wait a second or two, then begin charging your second one.

    3: Your current travel power will instantly cancel the moment you use the second instead of allowing you to charge it fully.


    This is a major annoyance to anyone with combinations of flight/land or anything/teleport since if you're trying to move in a continuous upward motion, you end up falling 50-200 feet every time you try to change powers mid-ascension. (Aka: ALL of my characters.)

    1. When creating your very first Nemesis, loading Costumes doesn't work at all anymore.
    Long time it was that just that unlocks are ignored, no nothing is loaded not even Body
    or Face changes.


    2. Some Nemesis Types like Darkness and Dual-Blade makes the Nemesis disapear
    in the Mid of Fights and so often makes Missions unfinishable.

    not sure of anybody else's testing method, but with new goodies (Power Armor...and recently the Boomerang Powers) I like to build a character from scratch and do some of the early Westside stuff (up to Kevin Poe) Just to see some of the powers from a low level perspective. And well currently on the PTS

    1. At the end of the Thick as Thieves mission (where internally it shifts to The Lion's Den). The Mission doesn't Update and you are unable to complete it when you bust up the meetings. Defender stands in the center like he's supposed to but you are unable to turn in the mission.

    2. On Live. The Open Mission Bullet for Bissel (however his blasted name is spelled) won't start.

    On my side, I see some bugs here and there that I wish to see to get fixed. But if you ask only two of them, then I will write those which they can annoy the players around in the games like they can't complete the quests,etc.

    1) The nemesis powersets: Darkness and Dual blades (so far that what I have seen)

    - Sometimes, the nemesis disapears or passes throught the floor with those powerset (testing with the others and nothing happens. Only those powersets do that)

    - The missions that happened to me were Doomsday device and sometime, not alway, Skipping the Rift (also known as NemCom)


    2) Travel Power: RAD sphere.

    - Like many said here, it makes the weapons disappear from your hand. During a PvP fight, you can not see what kind of weapons they can use, especially for a Munition user. So we alway need to see the animation of that player to know which kind of power he/she uses.

    1. The Whole Nemesis System.
    -Broken missions. Bunker Buster. Jail Break....
    -Dissappearing Nemeses
    -Suiciding henchmen.
    -Nemesis Creator.
    -Lack of nemesis missions (oh, that's not a bug...)


    2.The Player Run Chatban System
    -Clicking 'Ignore' enough times, mutes player for 24 hours. That's not what ignore is for. It should only make ignored players chattextes invisible for the 'Ignored' user.
    'Report For Spamming' used enough times, mutes player for 24 hour. That's not what it's for. It's for reporting Gold Sellers. There is no GM to go thru the reports if the 'RFS' player is actually a Gold Seller.

    Acrobatics, Superspeed and all the variations still have the same animation glitch from day 1. There are no interstitial animation frames between moving and stopping. Characters snap into and out of the standing position when it should be smoothly animated into and out of the running sequences.

    Yes I called it the unlocks!

    Verry nice but here are the bugs THAT havent been fixed FOREVER.

    Im talking about the global unlock systeem all these listed here only have a local unlock

    Inferno (or infernal) costume pieces including the fire demon head, DEMON collar, gloves, chest piece, (necklace?), fire demon bracers and fire demon horns.

    Lemurian costume pieces all of them.

    While were at it I also like to call attention to the few minor things like giving us cracked flesh legs in all honesty these little things could improve the game so much.

    1. Tailor/costume bugs. This includes color selection for right-side costumes behaving awkwardly, fourth color selection not displaying until chosen, the Avian costume set being incomplete and buggy, wings on female characters connecting on the model's armpits in a way where you can see inside them from the front, and various costume pieces from On Alert on that appear to not have been hooked up properly. This includes many of the ones above regarding the recog gear which are per character or gender-specific, Gravitar's costumes which have limited material types, Warlord's pieces which, like the bracer, have awkward permissions (left bracer can be used with chestwear, right cannot.), the Cyberpunk chestwear, despite costing 45K Questionite, only unlocking for males, and likely many other issues that have been missed by myself or others and are probably listed in more detail in the thread linked above.

    2. The current implementation of the Gravitar lock out can lock out players if someone aggroes Gravitar before said players finish loading. This issue is mentioned in more detail here: Click me! While the current implementation DOES prevent a player from relogging to bypass the lock-out, the use of a countdown bubble seen in other Alerts might be necessary.

    EDIT: Couple more issues I've seen in recent costumes: Holo Hex Shoulders are not linked up to be seen as "Both", and can only be selected by choosing the left and right channels. This makes them appear to be missing to players who do not search for them. This issue can be seen in the Beast Greaves and the Gravitar Boots, likely along with other pieces.

    1. As mentioned before, not being able to complete certain nemesis missions including prison break and bunker buster.

    2. Some tailor issues I have noticed. One being that if you are changing colors on a piece on the left or right side only, while hovering over the colors they appear on the opposite side as a preview but are assigned normally once selected.

    The other being armor patterned in chest wear cannot be used with robot arms even though it is just a reskin of the sci fi chest wear which CAN be used with robot arms.

    Several names of enemy mobs introduced with On Alert are generic.

    1. Almost every Alert.
    2. Notice the enemy names, mostly of Enforcer class enemies (New Purple Gang Enforcer, Red Banner Enforcer) / The Master Villain of the 'Hired Thugs' enemy faction is called 'Master Villain Default' / The Ranged Villain and the Master Villain of the Vampires Nemesis minions are both named 'Vampire Lord'

    1. Most missions that reward non-stat-buffing cores reward an older style core from the beta of the item rewrite. An easy way to trigger this is just spend a little time doing monster island missions. You'll eventually get a mission that rewards a core that only does something in an offensive slot, only does something in a defensive slot, only does something in a utility slot. THis is old behavoir. More importantly, these things can be be obtained in any other fashion so you can not fuse them, and they are less powerful then and far less useful then the up to date luck stones, growth gems, and similar style cores. These need to be updated. Example mission with such rewards: "A Caged Beast's Lament"

    2. Primary (edit: slotted) utility items are not in the drop tables. In an SG I'm in team magic thunder I have a friend who does nothing but run content, collect drops, and puts them in his SG bank. We have several tabs dedicated to every secondary item type. We have a slew of primary offense and defense. We have 0 primary utilities. They just aren't dropping. EDIT: GREEN primary utility items are in fact dropping. But by level 40 we don't want green, we want some slotted blue gear, and slotted blue gear is not there. There may be some unslotted blue gear at lower level for primary utilities, but my primary concern is slotted primary utilities.

    1. Bestial enrage powers do not stack enrage, nor do they give energy for refreshing enrage like other enrage powers do. These should start stacking enrage when you have an enrage stacker power to at least give the benefit of energy returns.

    2. Vigilante's Hastened Eyepiece, it states it gives +338 health but it should be boosting cooldown reduction. I don't know if this is a graphical bug or an actual mispowered item.

    Hold Strength and Breakfree Strength are not correlated
    I was going to use my second bug on an actual bug but this entire mechanic is broken horribly unrewarding. Using rank 9 mods on both CCstrength and CC resistance the difference in hold time AND hold magnitude is very small now that you've given paralyzes a blanet buff. This ENTIRE mechanic including the values of each hold, hold modifier, resistance, resistance modifier needs to be changed. This is my TOP issue and will remain so until you do a FULL review

    Powers Selection
    Use any stat but PRE and the effects of the passive do not boost.

    This is not totally correct. Ive looted dozens of primary utility items. They do seem rarer and harder to come by. But hardly undroppable.

    The problem is all the drops i've seen have been green only. Blue or better seems to be ultra rare.

    Creating a ticket does not actually create a ticket in game.
    Action: Main Menu > Help > Report a Bug > (Go through all actions and then click on Create Ticket)

    Later: Main Menu > Help > View My Tickets ... The list is empty; therefore, no tickets are created.


    EDIT: The forum munched my post and itself is bugged!

    The F2-F5 keys only target members of a team formed before any pickup group (ie Alerts, Nemcon or PVP).

    Here's one issue that really bugs me, and not sure if it's a bug or oversight, but think it needs to be handled;

    UNITY missions still give out the old UNITY merits sometimes when an enemy is defeated. These merits are completely worthless now. We even still have the old UNITY Merits, UNITY Intelligence and UNTIL Tokens in our lists, but these can no longer be used or anything. May I suggest converting them over to questionite for those players who still have them and remove the UNITY Merits dropping from UNITY missions.

    In addition, the old Qliphothic tears are still appearing in old UNITY missions. Maybe convert these into possibly Questionite nodes that can give a little Questionite.

    Also, the special missions we can get inside Therakiel's Lair, the drops from the various bosses, the rewards are still a burnt Therakiel Feather. Since these are also useless now, perhaps a Questionite reward in place of those or maybe Silver Champ tokens instead?

    1) the auto attack, even if "toggle never cancels", must be clicked after every zoning or after a cut scene.

    2) The "compassion" toggle don't refresh correctly when you're using shield or heal on yourself or anyone else. Sometimes the toggle is at 0 stack. It seems there is the same problem with "manipulator" toggle.

    The alt tabing out of the game that causes the crashing. Now there is some parts of the game that just cause random crashing. Changeing zones causes crashing. Doing some random things fighitng gravatar can cause you to crash. Fighitng in TT can cause you to crash. Now if there is a way you can patch up the leak or fix it so there is no issues i know its something you prouply can't fix that easly. But could you guys try to update some part of the codeing in some areas like in the club fix the lights there remove the music add some real club music and music in the lounge. Thats all there thank you..

    1.) Nanobot Swarm does not reduce cooldown times for the listed amount on the tooltip. For example if NB's tooltip says it will reduce cooldown times by -17 seconds, it will actually reduce cooldown times by a significantly lesser amount (for me it's around a -6 second reduction). I don't know exactly what is causing it, but I remember someone else saying it was from having high INT or something like that.

    2.) A Bullet Bound for Biselle is still broken and it has been like this ever since On Alert went live. The last time I checked, the VIPER aircraft carrying Viper-X and the other VIPER goons get stuck in the sky during the last stage of the mission. This in turn prevents Viper-X from showing up and causes a failure. Also, the aircraft will be permanently there until a server restart or something of the like. Afterwords, when the mission starts over it gets stuck on the "Wait for the Mayor to begin his speech" phase forever. Don't know if this is still what is happening, or if some other bug is causing this. I just checked the Live server (forgot what Zone #. I was in) and it was stuck on the "Wait for the Mayor to begin his speech" phase.


    Both of these bugs have been here for quite a long time now and it's time something is done about it. Nanobot Swarm is just a bad power until that bug gets fixed.

    1) Energy builders set to "toggle, never cancels" cancel every time you change instances, enter/exit alerts, and after cutscenes.

    To reproduce:

    - Set auto attack to "toggle, never cancels"
    - Toggle energy builder on
    - Enter an alert

    After zoning, energy builder toggle will no longer be active.



    2) Pets disappear when entering alerts and must be summoned each time you enter an alert. This can also happen when entering a regular instance, but it's very random.

    To reproduce:

    - Summon a pet (I use munitions bots and support drones)
    - Enter an alert

    The pet will no longer be active.

    Actually, you can use the LEFT bracer with anything you want. The right bracer is the one that doesn't work with chest wear, and is what makes it not appear in the list for "both".

    That is not actually a bug. Pets don't change levels dynamically. So the whole side kicking thing messes them up.

    If you go into an alert lower then level 30. You'll keep your pets but they will be under leveled. However, you'll loose them when you leave. So you cant end up with pets higher level then yourself.

    Conversely if you are above level 30 when you join an alert. You loose your pets. Because they wont side kick down and this prevents you from having level 30+ pets in the alert.

    Both my top issues are just related to the tailor:

    1. Switching "Bound to Character" costume pieces to "Bound to Account". It messed already some ideas i had for a char up.

    2. Remove the silly restrictions and just lock out unique parts, Defenders Armorpieces or Therakiels head for instance. Sure there will be clipping then, but that happens partly worse with existing combinations and some working are locked out. (8 Bug-eyes which are normally for the insectoid head can be like glowing orbs floating over the head for instance.)

    I love to create characters but often the concept gets messed up due the restrictions.

    I don't remember when it was addressed, but one set of patch notes specifically said the pet thing was a bug and that they supposedly fixed it. And then... it persisted. *shrugs*

    Also, my pets have despawned when I was playing under level 30. In any case, it's highly annoying, and I find it really hard to believe nothing can be done about it.


    edit: And come to think of it, I've experienced this outside of alerts as well, but it isn't consistent.
