Hello there I would like to ask if massacre now refreshes the duration of all bleeds on each strike. Also now six telepathy power are going to be in live once the review is finished, but how many powers were initially made?

The last thing I want is for telepathy to become a DPS set. Support needs support as far as Champions Online goes.
It's a good "trickster" set and can provide some GREAT game-play if it's looked at that way. I just want it to be able to disrupt the battle enough to turn the tide.
I really don't mean to offend Gentleman Crush. He's a good person. But I do not think he has the vision needed for telepathy's review. Playing with him it became clear that he loves the binary system of tank/spank.
Telepathy, to feel heroic, is not about Tank nor Spank. It should have a unique ... passive and be a great set for crowd control as a primary purpose.
As for damage, the set used to use psuedo pets as the damage while the caster used Crowd Control on the mobs. It worked well before all the nerfs to both pet damage and Crowd Control.
Lets hope we get a "back to my roots" pass as far as telepathy goes..
Everything about this feels wrong. Ranged DPS and Crowd control are at opposite ends of the fight spectrum and combining them gives you the worst of both. You can do high DPS and then not hold anything.. or you can do high holds and very low DPS. Champions Online already has high DPS (to the point of overkill complaints). I understand that crowd control "scares people" but this just is not right.
Gentleman Crush, I love you but this playstyle has as much to do with playing with crowd control as the price of tea in Beijing.
I must concur--Telepathy should a bunch of interesting things: crowd control, some pets, some buffs, some debuffs, maybe some healing/condition removal.
