but i do have a couple of comments/questions...
1. would it be possible for you to make the size of the window larger than what it is currently? it seems small and claustrophobic. it may mean putting in white space.
2. have things in column format, ie super stats in one column, power progression on 2 columns and talents on the final column
3. for the description and advanced, i was thinking of putting those below the columns
4. will there be a tab or something like that for specializations or something to that effect.

1) Window is resizable, yes. Power Info and Power Selection will expand to accommodate. I have it at this size because there are still people out there that use 1024x768 screen resolutions.

Putting my vote in for top to bottom, like how the old CO builder exported builds and how we tend to post them when sharing builds. It would add a measure of uniformity.
Btw...what is the new level progression of the 3 superstats on test?
Judging by the Radiant AT's level progression as posted in the PTS patch notes from last week, primary superstat is at lvl 6, followed by secondary superstats at lvl 10 and 15.

Gear Stat Input has been added!! Also AoC, I've moved the travel powers to the bottom as requested. I had actually planned on doing that anyway. I also added some selection for device travels as well.
Assuming I can get the correct equations this could now be used to affect advanced info values.

The character I mean something similar to this: Wiki Gadgeteering Page. If you look in the top right there's a character that has been made. I don't know if they made one for earth other than the hex picture. It may just need to be a screenshot of the Mountain? I dunno how to get it.

I do think that you might want to consider holding off on launching this for a month or two after the update goes live. I don't know how much the update will need to be patched or balanced after it goes live, but it could be a significant amount.
Rox, are you going to have to adjust any of the numbers for base line powers?

This would be fully customizable. You would pick the colors of the power/advantages/ranks/stats/etc. If you want white and yellow, you pick it. This is more likely to be implemented than the UI color changing.

No. I don't know about that. I remember the CoH planner doing something like this and it was terribly hard to read. (everything was way too spread out) Made for really long posts too. It was an option but I hated it. I dunno. I might think about this if enough other people want it in.

Importing / Exporting hasn't even been worked on yet. I've seen other programs with this kind of implementation before. (Hero Machine) My main plan is to have *.cop files which can be used for saving/loading. I'll look into it.

The only thing different I would do is have the Power Progression run vertically, like so:
Level 1 Level 20
Level 1 Level 23
Level 6 Level 26
Level 6 (Travel) Level 29
Level 8 Level 32

Really more a preference than anything else, but I think it's more intuitive this way.
