    This is what i was thinking as well. Looking back on the heavy wepon pass, i thought that we would see a few more lunging damage powers like Vicious Descent.

    Honestly i think this would help give the variety that we need because knee, elbow and uppercut are all kind of bland powers.

    I still want Leaping Uppercut to be a 5 foot wide AoE vertical cylinder attack. SHOORRYYYUUKKEENNN!

    I want more breakaway powers than evasive maneuvers and breakaway shot. I am thinking of a kick animation that works lik breakaway shot.

    I'm having a hard time imagining this and understanding how it would be useful to a melee fighter. A melee attack that moves you out of melee range?

    Can you explain a lil more?

    It wouldn't be, because melee being useful is blasphemy to him. :cool:

    In all fairness he isnt asking for a kick breakaway lunge to replace other options.

    I can think of a couple of combinations for a melee breakway that might be interesting (then again interesting is more important to me than efficient).

    I actually preferred that functionality of the MA lunge before the TBL update, where the direction you were heading determined which direction you lunged. hawt. but, oh well.

    Yea, the new lunges are good (probably too good) but i would like to see a new power one day that is devoted strictly to mobility. like a dash power that gives you a quick burst of speed in whatever direction your moving.
    I doubt that we would see this in the MA pass but maybe the upcoming wind power set can have a "wind step" mobility power for kiting or something.;)

    I think ranged players deserve a new mobility power considering how hard it is to kite against a 60 ft lung that ignores roots and snares, while at the same time rooting, snaring, stunning, and disabling your block you all on a short cool down...

    Probably good for messing with other melee fighters, similar to Guy's down forward Heavy Kick in Street Fighter. It's a backflip kick that knocks your opponent over, and gives you some distance on them which can be followed up with one of his running or jumping attacks.

    I just discovered this PTS update. Words cannot describe how much awesome this is.

    And no new advantages in yesertday's PTS update?

    *cries bitter tears*
