Have some hockey vids i guess i could post up if you guys were interested....

I actually don't like Artie all that much. I don't really find him really funny. Though we did see him at the Gotham Comedy Club when they had a benefit for the girl that I think high pitched eric was dating. He was somewhat funny. I think it's the whole he is in denial about having issues and the way Howard talks about it.

Let me restate. For each REAL, Tasty, NON-poisonous, NON-Toxic, Pie, Containing No animals, byproducts, toxic waste, radioactive spiders, or cthulus, I will reward you with the a short biography* of one of the other devs.
*NOTE* - As stated above, by providing the above mentioned, REAL, tasty, non-toxic pie, you acknowledge that any and all info obtained by you, from Tumerboy, may in fact be made up, and have literally nothing to do with the real dev in question, or may be about a dev who is entirely fictional to begin with.

Meh, we're just the most egotistical. . .

Alright, I'll rat out some of my Env Artist companions.

Rbrneck did most of the exterior Trey Kings areas. He also built the exterior of the Bayou Queen
Avery did most of the dock work, starting area, Windsong Mall, etc. And the Vamp Bar. Most of the Vamp stuff, the Crypts, and Therakiel's Lair.
An as yet, unposted (?) Artist, did much of the New Shadows neighborhood, and the Dog Pound Bar.
Another artist who probably hasn't posted since he's moved off to another project a while ago, did all of the buildings around Vib, including the High Apostolic Church.

    Thanks Tumer! ^_^

    I'll update it soon.

A couple other things you could help me out with.

    1) Could you give a basic list of the various departments at Cryptic? So I can start grouping the names on this list under their respective departments.

    2) Could you look through the info on my unconfirmed list and let me know if the information is correct or not? I know some of it you might not have any idea, but anything you could confirm would be awesome. ^_^

    ********Mini-Update*******

    1) Updated poz with his new position. Congrats again poz! ^_^

    2) Moved Chronomancer to the archive section with Daeke.

Now if we could confirm a couple things with poz that would be great.

Bill was Design Director and Executive Producer of CO, but it appears that he's no longer going to be directly involved with CO, so is poz also going to be the Design Director as well as the Executive Producer, or is someone else going to fill that role, or is it maybe going to be voided out. Is poz retaining his lead programmer position?

Let me get this thread back on it's respective rails. :P

I'm an environment artist, I've been around since 2004 and worked on CoV and updates for CoH. I did a large chunk of the Arachnos environments, all the sky scrapers in CoV, the updated Rikti ships and assault suits and various other things in CoV like base assets and whatnot. In Champions, I had my hand in doing something for every zone, be it terrain work, models and textures, putting together instances like the Mandragalore, Therakiels Temple and many others along with detailing work in Vibora bay and areas such as West Side. I also created Crisis areas such as Canada and Monster Island.

My typical day usually involves staring at the brightly glowing screens for hours on end and moving my hands a lot around between the keyboard mouse and wacom tablet. I usually keep a bottle of eye drops hand nearby to eliminate the need for blinking. Sometimes I set aside time to scratch where needed.

Also my meet the team profile is here:

    http://www.champions-online.com/node/81 (albiet a bit dated)

I also took all of the earlier meet the team profile photos (the cool looking ones ;D).

Thanks Avery! I really appreciate it when Devs come in and volunteer the info I've asked for:
    1. Official title.
    2. Department, as well as their focus in that department (Exactly what the Dev does in game, details).
    3. What their typical day is like.

It shows that they really care about getting in touch with the player base and bridging that gap so they are no longer faceless monoliths behind yellow tags.

And those who willingly provide their info don't have to face my stalk... I mean uh...

My mad ninja information gathering skillz. :D

I haven't had much time this month due to an unusually high work load, which I suppose made up some ground for my unusually low work load from Dec-Feb.

Once I get some extra time I'll be targeting... uh I mean focusing on specific Devs and gathering all the info I can until I have a sufficient profile for them, starting with those that I only have a bit of info on, then moving to those that I have none on.

Really my threads are rather un-derailable (as much as T-Boy tries) though as I'll continue to post and update them whether other people pay attention or stay on topic or not. ^_^

One last question though, is your middle name actually Ting, and if so did your parents understand the wordplay when they named you that? oO
    (Your Kung-Fu is unorthodox!)

    Update!!!

I've added some of the new information, and fleshed out many of the profiles.

I've grouped the profiles under their departments. If I have any of them wrong or need to add new groups, just let me know.

I've added links to the new articles with Chrono, Jack, and Poz from Massive, and I think I've fixed up their new titles.

Is Poz still Director of Game Programming or still actively involved with Programming outside of his new role?
