This number should be lowered to a feasible number e.g. 100 npcs. Again, if the game management were concerned about feasible numbers we would not have the required refinement points for artifacts so I doubt they will ever change it and ill never get my pirate outfit.

Where did you get the information that there such thing as a GS cap? Why would you assume if such cap exists, it would be set at 25k? And last, please do not assume that a high GS player is using any cheating mechanism.

Other MMO's I played had a /roll command very useful when determing loot in raids, Neverwinter would not actually need this since everything is bound.

I have Greater Tene's on my GF, but would never use in my GWF. GWFs hit way to often and the ICD on Tene's makes them a very bad choice.
