Zen buy, but lost bonus not my fault!

Hello.

I sent a ticket support, but i think forum is faster replyied! (sorry for bad english)

I buyed a packet on BoaCompra.com , Fit patcket, it is 8.500 golds. When i go to ARC to buy the 20$ zen, its not enought to buy the 20$ packet. So, i buy the 10$ one. 500 zen.

Then i buy again more GOLD on BoaCompra.com, and buyed again 10$ on arc, more 500zen. Total = 1.000

But, when u buy 20$ on arc, it got a bonus, 1250 zen for 20$. My first intenttion was it! But because an error of BoaCompra i lost the bonus of 250 zen. I buyed Both 10$ the same day, i want if possible to have the 250 bonus zen that i lost because the wrong transfers. Coz now i got Golds on BoaCompra that i cant use, i used 22$ coz 17.00 first buy more 5.00 second buy, and lost the bonus. Im really desapointed.

I sent the screen shot, xPekkles mail me but atm no response.

    Hello! Olá!

    Not sure if I fully understood you issue, I take English is not your native language and therefore something might have been lost in the process.

    One thing I can tell you is that due to exchange (cambio) the amount of ZEN you get when puchasing in US Dollars or Brazilian Reais is different. The good side is that you get more ZEN per your money than the North American players paying in US Dollars. The ones that end up paying more per ZEN are the European players, due to Euros exchange rates and legislation.

    Anyway, always look into the ARC website as if I'm not mistaken only purchases of 50 Reais (BRL) or over give you Bonus ZEN and the amount is not the same ofr a similar purchase in dollars.

    On top of that, the promotions for extra ZEN announced in the game news, take into account the amount of ZEN you transfer from your (ARC) Wallet to your Neverwinter game wallet and that NEVER includes bonus ZEN for the R$ 50,00 / R$ 100,00 / R$ 250,00 purchases.

    Anyway, my general advise is to open a ticket in Arc's Billing support section and if possible have a well versed English speaking friend to help you with the text.
