Terribly unprofessional and highly disappointing. After all these years this company still cannot keep it's word. The credibility and playability seems to continue to erode the meagre fun afforded by this game.

I agree with all of the above but I would add that while agree that the leadership change was needed the dev should have revamped the entire economy and did it all at once. Hopefully that is true but at 24k per day this still takes over 12 straight days of maxing out to upgrade 1 piece of gear 1 level. Apply this to the dozens of items i must upgrade and the math becomes ridiculous. This fix is a step in the right direction but it doesn't solve the problem of making this extremely elaborate…

Rank 11 to 12 was 375,000 AD - the cost of 5 gmops for me at rank 12 VIP...now i need 4 smops at a cost of 400k....wtf...almost all my gems are rank 11 so i won't even benefit from the cheaper lower rank gem upgrades....VIP must apply to smops to at least make it the same price instead of more,

Those are the tokens you speak of? More RNG bull**** that isn't even available in the game yet. You don't make them you grind forever for those so you are full of **** saying you can get artifacts without grinding the RNG.

If they are using bots they don't need this feature, it is irrelevant to them. Not giving us this button only punishes the legit players.

The reason items are inflated in the ah is due to the mass influx of illicit ad. You cannot expect to resolve this problem by hoping that will fix itself. The problem does appear to be getting worse so whatever Arc did it wasn't enough.

Asking that we be allowed to bank craft supplies isn't too much to ask but this button thing is a given. Just do it already!
