Any word about icy terrain with 4 power points not targeting the enemy when used in spell mastery???

+ when you spend 4 power points on icy terrain,putting it on spell mastery slot no longer targets the enemy but it's cast under your feet. This patch they fix the cooldown on IT but broke it on spell mastery,wait and see what they gonna fix/broke no the next one.

Mine said 1pm,now is 4:30pm and still can't start invoking on all my toons.

Same stats on collection as on the actual armor in-game,the collection on the gatewaytest.playneverwinter.com the stats are boosted on all the sets.

It's not the dye or transmute,the stats on my Dread Legion and Royal Guard armor sets on my Hunter Ranger are nerfed by 1/2 and the Grand Warden set got boosted by few points across and HUGE boost on the defense(no dye or transmute on any of them).
