on the left is the stat points on Preview, on the right is Live. Seems to be the same on all armour pieces half or more of the original stats gone... Is this correct??
I *think* they are doing a stat crunch and increase at the same time. Level 60 gear appears it will be lowered in stats so at level 70, stats won't be totally out of control. Plus it might be easier for them to grow artifacts and artifact gear. That is my pure speculation.
We were somewhat surprised to see this as couldn't recall reading anything about decreasing all current gear stats....

I also noticed that for the Miracle Healer Set. But not for all pieces, just helm and boots. And then I saw these pieces are dyed (because all the stuff I got during Mod 4 was dyed). The other 2 pieces aren't dyed and don't have lower stats.
edit: I copied my DC, CW and TR to Preview today and was confused that my DC and TR have got an item level of over 70 while my CW (whose GS is between them) is only at 62 (or even just 61?). Looking at this bug I'm not confused anymore - I dyed all 4 HV pieces my CW is wearing
It's not the dye or transmute,the stats on my Dread Legion and Royal Guard armor sets on my Hunter Ranger are nerfed by 1/2 and the Grand Warden set got boosted by few points across and HUGE boost on the defense(no dye or transmute on any of them).

Do the tooltips on the collections page show the same lowered stats? I only have these low stats on the pieces in my inventory, the collections page shows the "correct" stats. (But at least compared to the tooltips in the gateway the MH set got a defense boost.)
They might just adjust old gear to the new stat curve. That said, something seems oddly wrong overall, because there is also a sharp decrease in % as you hit lvl 61, so this might not be final.
Might as well just reset everyone back to level 4 instead of taking this lazy approach. If they are altering existing gear then this is just a flat out nerf. Basically you need to get new gear just to get back to where you were before............ On the positive side, if this goes live, I don't need to bother playing anymore.

This is not the intended stats of those items. They should have the same stats as before with maybe +/- 5 stat points. It appears that these items have not had their item levels increased. The Draconic Templar equipment should be item level 116 not 60 as shown in the screen shot.

I noticed on test server that after respec the boons can not be selected. Im confused with the feat tree changes as well. Will we get an added feat point per lvl to 70?

Actually it's more bizarre than that. Bound Armor sets got the stat's screwed for some (High Vizier for example). Unbound sets or sets listed in Collections reflect the correct stats.
Humm.. All of my t2 epic sets are still lvl 60. Had a few odd t1 parts i had on pets that are now level 90.
All my t2 gear has been dyed and my BI sets were transmuted and dyed (don't know what that would have to do with anything).
Anyway i cant tell anything else as i have no baseline to compare to.

PS forgot to say that my t2 gear also has had reinforcement kits applyed to them.
