I for one would like to see a level increase. Leveling makes me happy. As to the comments about gearscore; I agree. People put too much of a premium on it. Gearscore doesn't keep some people from standing in red....

I like having the gateway. If it times out on you, consider clearing your cache. That seems to fix it. I too wish it were more stable. It would also be nice to have a specific app for iOS or Google vs. running on a browser. Also finishing your task assignments in one profession at a time works better than jumping around…

The op has a valid concern. Trying to take down this type of content with a PUG is bad enough but add the bugs on top of this and you have a generally unpleasant experience. I like the zone, new weapons, quests, etc. but the Tiamat fight is a big letdown

Agreed. I don't claim this is the case but I haven't seen any leadership NPCs since launch..and very few tools. I seem to get a lot of platesmithing assets..

The best companion is an Ioun Stone. It buffs your abilities and won't die in a fight..

A couple thoughts.. First.. search the forums.. There are a number of posts on this topic. I just answered a couple of them.. My other thought without more information is to start the game client with the "safe mode" option selected and see if that lets you boot...

Merge means more population on a single server.. This is good thing.

Exit the client and restart with the "Safe Mode" option selected. In many chases, this failure to start seems to be tied to graphic setting since the last big patch. Amen. I could not agree more. I too am a veteran of many MMOs; since there have been MMOs. The game has lost the appeal it had at launch and you are losing players. I don't mind that the item is BOP but tools don't drop so there is really quite a lot of that time and effort you reference as one works to find the tools necessary to have a chance at success.

and that is probably the answer to the design of this fight... My personal favorite is when the dragon shoots a lightning bolt from his hip killing a party member who wasn't anywhere close to where the attack was indicated.

I'm not a big fan of gear scores unless they could measure someone's ability to avoid big red circles. Gear hardly makes the player... With that said not having a queue system is a death sentence for most MMOs today. The player base is much more casual than a few years ago and not really tolerant of spamming LFG channels…

Exit the game client Reboot your PC.. Restart the game (Option - as an Admin) They are patching tomorrow so this may be fixed. I have run into it a couple times as of late but you'll be ok.. Just try and log in again and it should correct itself.
