Here we go again-.- Now it's one hour "early" according to UTC. Not that I mean to insult, but is it that hard to open the UTC in a browser and check what time it is when making the announcement so the time is actually right? Because yes, for me it's an organizing issue...

That'd make sense, if it was like that /all the time/. But like mentioned in initial post, it isn't. Sometimes it's correct, sometimes not. It really is a gamble...

Hehe, thanks... That was my intention, I guess a lot rage right now. I mainly orient on the UTC being european, so I was kinda confused when it was "time" until I noticed two hours are missing.

@ruffneck: Time's not up... Arc doesn't get the time right. From 5am to 12pm is 7 hours, however in the UTC it says 5hours. So the patch will have to wait until 19pm UTC not 17pm. I saw this a while ago and was wondering... xD
