So, today it's two hours difference for me...
I noticed this a lot during the past weeks. On thursday, it's totally random how much time passes until Neverwinter patches. UTC 14-16 is what it says today. For the record, it's UTC 15:00 now and the downtime starts /now/. Currently, I'm one hour behind UTC. But, sadly, the launcher is extremely inaccurate and randomly uses the actual UTC-time or skips one hour. Would be really comfortable for me (us) european players if we could actually count on the announced patching time...
For those wondering, check the UTC-time here:

Now it's one hour "early" according to UTC. Not that I mean to insult, but is it that hard to open the UTC in a browser and check what time it is when making the announcement so the time is actually right? Because yes, for me it's an organizing issue...
