We will be performing shard maintenance on October 19th from 5:00am to 12:00pm Pacific (12:00-19:00 UTC).
Arc Scheduled Downtime 10/19/16
Arc will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance at 5AM Pacific on 10/19/2016. The maintenance will be for approximately 7 hours. Our engineers will be performing server updates and upgrades during which some web services and games may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. If additional time is needed, we will provide up-to-date information through our social channels, this news page and Arc client emergency message system.
When will maintenance begin in your time zone?

It's annoying when the launcher says "check the forums" and there's nothing about it on the forums.
But yes, no patching, thus no patch notes. If there's no patch for NW on Thursday, maybe they'll skip the normal maintenance. Elsewise, they'll be catching flak for the servers being down two days running.

well if it finally fixes the issues it will be worth it but i Highly doubt it will fix the issues with Spring lag Lunge lag rubber banding or SH DF issues....
its no where near Christmas or the time for miracles

Exactly what update/upgrades did they do to the server because so far the 4 main issues for myself remain ... and the DF issue remains which affected over 30 people in 12-14 countries... so cant really " hide" behind it being our connection.......
