My last quest has about 3000 objects.

I'm glad you like it. I've a suggestion. When you're going to play it, do separate runs (Zhentharim/Harper). Then you'll notice differences in the quests.

2 hours. The first quest is 14 min, the second 30-40 and the third is one hour.

Use static lights. If there're too many dynamic lights in one spot, some of them will not show up.

Here's my solution: Have only one NPC do the dialog. Dialog 1 -> Option 1 / Option 2 Option 1 -> Dialog 2a Option 2 -> Dialog 2b Dialog 2a -> Dialog 3 (Empty) Dialog 2b -> Dialog 3 (Empty) Both NPC disappear on prompt Dialog 3. Ally/Enemy Appear on Dialog 2(a/b) + Dialog 3.

Only through items you can track any dialog choices between maps. I do it in my campaign. This way the player feels that what he does, really has meaning.
