Paypal provdes 45 days to dispute a payment. Honestly, I'd say give Cryptic/PWE a reasonable period of time to answer your ticket (a week is best) before taking any excessive action. If they don't answer it within a reasonable time, then take it further.

As the zen/astral diamond exchange is currently disabled you will not be able to claim them.

I'd say wait to see what happens first before doing anything drastic. If you do in the end think you deserve a refund, contact PWE directly through the support system.

Note that you must of fully relogged after purchasing the founders pack for the group permissions option in the user control panel to show up.

From what I've seen Leadership is the easiest to level, time wise all the professions seem roughly hte same, just the others are chipsinks.

There already is, if you click the "options" on the top of the launcher there will be a checkbox that you can click called "force verify". :)

There is a bear mount, a bear compainion and the ion stone (not sure if this is some mystical companion). I only glanced at them briefly. They did announce the addition of these new items on the Facebook feed. EDIT; There also appears to be a news post on the main page of the website/on the launcher too now. :)

Whilst it's an exploit, people can just easily find other methods of grinding. Personally though I think the people who did it are quite <removed> as you're missing out on a tonne of the games content.

Madblood - As the titles, the mount, etc (AD will be lost if you redeemed it on that character) are per-account you can redeem them on all characters. Think it's a bit annoying really that they keep extending the founders packs end-date though. Makes it feel less exclusive. Hehe.

The vast majority of goldsellers are scammers anyway, there will always be gullible people whom fall for it. Honestly, if you see them just "Report Spam/Ignore" them.

Forced logout only occurs if you are AFK/Completely idle for 15 minutes or more. I don't think it can be disabled.

Possible that it got bugged, did you make the character before or after you purchased the founders pack? All I can recommend really is you send a ticket to support in that case (can be done in-game)

Yes. All characters get the mount. You'll recieve a 'mail' on each character you create with it. :)

There is an announcement post regarding this. It is quite easy to do, simply logout of the forums and back in again after purchasing a founders pack (top right), then click "User CP", then click the "Permission groups" option. You can manage it there.

Whilst it would certainly be a nice thing, it's not possible. I also doubt it will ever actually occur as it means people would essentially be able to 'grind' and get Zen for free in any PWE game.

According to the e-mail, the founders packs will be withdrawn on the 7th of May. Honestly I'm quite tempted to go all out and get the Hero of Neverwinter pack, the only thing actually putting me off is that the Guardian pack has the horse/direwolf :P
