Missing Astral Diamonds

Hello,

I purchased a game yesterday and was wondering why I didnt recieve Astral Diamonds,is it due the the issues with exploits,do I need to petition or just wait it out ?

    As the zen/astral diamond exchange is currently disabled you will not be able to claim them.

    I purchased Astral Diamonds with Zen, and they aren't anywhere to be found. I am really new to the game, so I may just be missing where to claim them. This thread seems related to my issue.

    go back to the exchange....look at the bottom....see a balance next to the WITHDRAW button.
