This should have been a Mid-December release to at least let us have time to actually do the large amount of content (with timegates) before making our new obsolete or not as good.
"Bread and Butter" players that's classic. I've played this game since XB1 launch and I have sent money on this game, but I avoided Tier 2 dungeons because my time is precious and when I would go into said dungeons. I would rather not spend an hour or so just to be booted. I would get booted before the fights or just…
What I find frustrating about the new queue system is that people will quit right away and I 've been in a few dungeons now where we had to sit and wait for the revolving door of quitters before we find one whose need to actually play outweigh their own selfishness.
After doing a number of failed runs, what I see is that players quitting right off the bat, temple afks, players not paying attention, players not learning the fight, and players not picking up dragon souls to combat Tiamat's bad breath. I've seen whole groups died because of that last alone.
So does players quit at the ambush section in Epic like they do in Normal. It amazes me the laziness of players who can't complete a seven minute mission.
Naming and Shaming is against the rules, but I understand your pain. I got kicked during Shores and only to be placed in the same instance with four other new people at the same time. It was kind of weird. Personally, I avoid any skirmishes and dungeons with anyone with the same guild tags where the high probability of a…
I only kick when the player is disconnected beyond the first boss and the team is having some difficulties because we need that extra help. However, I will always press NO if it is not that reason. I hate being kicked and I don't want others to have that feeling.
So according to the OP, you have to magically know the fights without actually doing them. Yes, the friends and the guild are the perfect option, but what if you are a casual. Hey, OP, people make mistakes and some times HAMSTER happens. Personally, I generally do one epic a day or so. Though…
This feature would make going into Epic Dungeons much better, especially last night when a trio of morons basically kept Grey Wolf Den to themselves for about twenty minutes unless you did a guild/friend run. I got booted four times by this bunch when I qued for the dungeon.
Actually, I've been getting more event currency from each run. Hopefully, we don't get as burnt out as the previous ones. Nothing comes close to Destiny's RNG. I hate you Cryptarch so much.
Unfortunately, I am avoiding the T1 and T2 dungeons due to this rampant kicking. I enjoy the game, but my time is precious. I cannot waste an hour just because someone wants a better chance at loot. I'm sorry but the answer to wait for a better community is not going to win over players. A better system needs to be…
Given that in the Tymora's Gift Info window in the game it states that you can earn more gifts while playing sword coast on gateway. Perhaps that should have been edited for the XB1 version.
I notice that HRs and SWs get the most hate in group kicking. I only vote yes if the DC isn't healing, the tank isn't tanking, or the group member is more interested in picking up the loot. Lately, as an HR player, I've been getting kicked a lot right when I join a group. I really don't get too upset about especially when…
Let's be clear, the lower level epics are the best way to rank up your green/blue enchantments and by playing the game, you can get up to 7300 easily. However, I do agree that those players who run around pulling mobs and running back due to not being able to defeat them without the group's help. Another worst player is…
It is in place, however you were joining a number of musical chair groups. A couple of nights ago, we had to kick a GW due to him just walking around exploring for loot not doing its job, so the que would just start filling in available slots with anyone. We still were able to finish due to the higher levels in the group…
This was a problem when the PC version first started out. Everyone would ignore the adds and focus on the boss, while myself would be dodging adds and trying to heal. Naturally, when we wiped, it was my fault. However, as the game matured people realized the dynamics and the dungeons got a little easier.
Once you get the heal rotation down, as long as you pay attention during the fights, being a cleric is fun. My first character on the PC version was a DC, and there is a learning curve especially with the aim healing. However, you can get into dungeons and skirmishes pretty quickly in comparison to the DPS classes.
As a hunter ranger, I ran into the same problems trying to weave out of the red areas. In the Throne of Idris, was the first I have seen the player who walks around trying to find all the drops and kit-specific drops. Naturally, this person needed everything including blues when they were too late to even fight the boss.…
