When I play, I make allowances. Allowances for language barriers, allowances for age and comprehension. And not every group states rules at the beginning, most PUGs do not. Sometimes you have to ask. But yes, it is best to know the rules at the beginning of a run.

Not all players read English. Some players have Social turned off, because a wall of chat is overwhelming. And some just do not understand "Greed Run" yet.

I use the queue tool for most dungeons. It is there for a reason. I use it in my other MMO, it works well there, and I do not have a lot of faith in LFG here, yet. If rules/preferences are stated at the beginning, I follow those. Otherwise, I watch what everyone else is rolling. If two rolled Need, one Greed, one Passed,…

You need to claim the Dragonborn Legend Pack from the Reward Claims Agent. It is on the Boxes tab. Claim that Pack on each of your characters, open it, it will give you the 30-slot bag, the nice ring, the artifact, plus two fashion boxes. (Yes, it shows "Buy" when you try to claim it, but you are "buying" it for free! :) )…

I would think it is per account. I do not have one character that needs all of those items. If the items are account bound, then you could buy on any character and transfer to the one who needs the item. Look in the Zen store with your HR, see if the tooltip for the Sharandar boost shows Account bound.

I would pay to unbind companions or mounts, so I could send to an alt. Same with Seals.

My account was compromised some time ago. Customer Service was very helpful and rolled my account back to before the theft. Be polite to them, and patient - they are super busy. What? Why would you need Zone or Trade chat to talk to your new friend? The patch did not affect personal messages, unless there is a new bug. We all only get one bag, until we do a couple of certain quests.

I really think a truly new player is not going to know about Zone or Trade chat, right away, until they see it. Level 32 DC, have had a few Great Success...have never received anything but a dragon enchantment and coins. These drops would be something special in the same "Reward" cache? I suspect I would not see fancy gear until max level, but still...

I made a purple Grandmaster from the gazillion greens and blues that I had gotten from lockboxes or profession packs. Then I purchased some Aqua Regia from the AH. I traded for 3 purified lead, and in turn, the burnt bags: Alchemy scrollcase first and third bags, Alchemical Codex in the second one. I was thrilled!

In dungeons, I handle it like this - if the item is Rare (blue) and for my class, I will roll Need. If Rare and generic, I usually roll Greed, unless everything I am wearing is green. Try different characters that look the same. Remember that the number 1 and a lower-case L look very similar.

Log in to the Arc Client. In the upper left hand corner, there is the Arc logo. There is a small arrow next to that, a drop-down menu. Choose Redeem Code. :)
