ExtraLife Charity Event - October 25th and November 1st!

Greetings, adventurers!

Join the Neverwinter team on October 25 and November 1st for our ExtraLife Charity Livestream benefiting the Children's Hospital Network. We will be joining forces with many other gaming companies, as well as our other popular PWE titles including STO, Swordsman, Blacklight, and many others!

Check out our donation page here and start contributing to help these brave little kids! 100% of the money raised will go to ExtraLife and will go toward improving the lives of sick kids everywhere.

We will be offering donation rewards as well as rewards for everyone when we reach our 50%, 75% and 100% goal!

    On your details page it says" When you donate to our charity, send us info about what game you play, what your in-game @handle is, and what server you play on (if applicable) and we will reward your generosity with some of our own!" I donated, (kudos to you guys BTW for running this event) but I either missed or there wasn't a prompt as to when or where or how I was supposed to do the above. Did I miss my chance?

    I also fill like a fool. I did the same thing today. Submitted a ticket 141025-001526 but any help would be great since I don't know if normal tech/billing support would help here. I am very happy to support the kids with my donation I just would like to receive any codes/in-game stuff I was suppose to get as well.

    I just started playing less than a month ago. I guess I get to see how good the support is.

    I put the info in the comments box with payment. That was the only way that I could see to tell them who we are.

    I guess I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. I put all my info in the comment also. Even gave my email account, but have heard nothing from anyone. Starting to get alittle nervous here, a $500.00 donation is a lot of money to me not that I mind as long as it's for kids. But I wish someone could tell us whats going on. This is the first problem I've had with NW.

    I received an emailed receipt from Extra Life. No ingame rewards yet - those may take some time for PWE to sort out, if they have to manually add them from comments.

    My ticket the support told me to contact PVE.Community@perfectworld.com. I did that. 4 days and no email response. I emailed Extra Life and asked them to update my comment not knowing if Perfect World/ARC would get that and they did that quickly. But still waiting for any real help from Perfect World/ARC. You would think they should fix this by November 1st or they aren't going to get many donations cause it will start to get around that the "rewards" are bogus.

    It would be nice to get an update from PWE on this. I do have the Extra Life email / tax receipt etc. All info was put in the comment field as requested.

    They advised it might be a couple weeks for everyone to get their rewards but it has been a while now and no updates.

    Donated anonymously. Probably when mod 5 comes out since they are busy with that.

    Okay, I'm officially annoyed now. Sure it was for charity but claiming we were going to get in game prizes in a couple of weeks but leaving us to wait for how long now?? So all of us combined paid $30,000 and we don't even get what we were promised. :(

    Hey guys! We're still in the process of sending out the rewards. We received WAY more donations than we thought, which has caused the delay we are currently experiencing. We haven't forgotten you guys and we appreciate your patience and support.

    So I donated with STO and was asured they would add the neverwinter gifts for my donation but since they haven't done anything I had the hope I could post my info here but I'm not sure that would help anyway

    Still it was for charity and I'm looking at the stuff as just extra I'll continue to wait (btw you should see the STO forums getting mad about does not make it go faster or smoother :D not saying anyone was doing it here it was just funny)
