I didn't have any problems when I was levelling with 2 other friends. Except for this 1 time when 2 of us had an item in our inventory that gave a quest, but the 3rd person somehow never looted it and couldn't do the quest chain. That kinda sucked, and I hope Cryptic never does quests like that ever again.
