Just as for the Collection window, the campaign window should have an indicator in the pannel where the quest is finished (or the task completed). That would be a great help.
It was an unnecessary and unsuccessful redesign. They should have just left it alone. Trying to find campaign information should not be like looking at someone's tumblr.
Twice as much clicking when you do all these voucher tasks. Poor visibility, unessential single time items mixed with boon campaigns. Another example of design made by somebody does not understand and never played the game.
The new window sucks. Not user friendly. Poor font, poor organization, excessive scrolling for no reason...

somehow it reminds me of master of orion 3 compared to 2.... looks more modern, has more info, is less user friendly and the part where it does not remember the position and you have to scroll on each task is horrible...

I disagree any change that has improved quality has been resoundingly accepted, this was unnecessary , trivial, waste of devs and players time.. There was almost zero reason to have this layout. You cant tell me players couldnt figure out where to go.. I think the vast majority knew what to do, of course there was always some 1% random dude who popped on here who claimed as a new 70 that he should be able to do iwd and wod stuff, but we all know they just wanted to be able to do all campaigns at once and were frustrated.
The longer, more complicated a design is, the more frustating it becomes.
you tell me @demonmonger , what exactly is the benefit of this new system? I cant honestly give you one. It has zero appeal to me, makes me scroll around a screen to get keys and such, overall complicated , mish mash , havoc built , terrible thought out design. I wont give a pass on this one, it was a waste of coding.
If nothing else make 3 tabs.
Tab. A. Boons (you know the ones we actually care about. Tab B. the rest of whatever they hobbled together there.. because that stuff inst relevant to anyone really. Tab C. Event campaigns, I dont want to see 9 of these over time telling me they are unfinished because I skipped them because they were worthless to start with!

I like the idea behind the change. It shows a clear progression that is helpful to new players. Sometimes "this ain't what I know" can cause people to over-react and not give the new a fair shake.
Here are a few suggestions to improve the experience:
If I have a campaign task ready for collection, add an icon over the appropriate campaign so I don't have to guess which one it is. With multiple toons getting campaign vouchers for the Stronghold, it can be a bit tedious to click through campaigns to find the one ready for collecting.
By default, hide campaigns that are completely done (claimed / 100% unlocked). That way new players can see all that is ahead of them, and old stuff disappears as they make progress. Add a UI toggle to unhide completed campaigns or unhide campaigns with repeatable campaign tasks (e.g. the ones that give Stronghold vouchers, Fey Blessing and similar).
Fix Sharandar so it's at most 100% complete, not 200% :-)
Make the campaign window a bit taller and reduce the white space between campaigns by about 1/3.
I like the change but can the pictures for the different campaigns not more be like Icons with space for the name and the percentage of completition so that we can see all campaigns at once? Also a feature that the icons blink if some task in the specific Campaign is ready would be awesome.
Platypus wielding a giant hammer, your argument is invalild!
I like the new rewards, very nice. If i were new i would like storyboard aspect. Reading a brief little synopse of what i've accomplished was slightly enjoyable. However some improvements could be made.
1-remove redundancy. I don't need 2 pvp and 2 tod.
2-highlight the individual campaign box with the completed quest. Don't make us guess.
3-deed toggle. After lv 70 is there any reason not to hide the deeds, thus removing some clutter?
- Unnecessary, there were no major complaints or complaints at all about the old interface.- - Ugly, disproportionate text font and box, major usability flaws...scroll until your finger hurts, trying to find a specific item is grrr.... - Misleading with respect to progression, while you can do anything in any order regardless of the illusion that there is an order to follow.
THE ONE ITEM I wished you would have implemented but you didn't is to highlight the compaigns for which a task has been completed, instead of opening one after the other...
Conclusion: A missed opportunity to do something useful. A smash hit! doing something utterly useless.

make a deeds tab, a campaign tab and a event tab.
That would make it easier honestly.

It needs a indicator when a key is ready. I queue up 5 different campaign keys the other day and had a hard time figuring out which one I hadn't claimed when they were done. They need to pulsate or show a icon when there is a task awaiting to be claimed.

I hate the new layout. I used to be able collect campaign awards fast. Now, it is painful. I don't see if it improved anything with this layout. For the added deed, it does not need this layout either. If they have to keep this layout, at least, show something (such as blinking, put a star on it, whatever) when the campaign award arrives.

I think it was a nice approach by the devs to give players sort of a timeline, but it majorly backfired for the endgame. You need to visually separate deeds from the campaigns, because those need to be quickly accessible. Or bring players to the old campaign UI and a deeds UI from the timeline where you can move through the systems separately.
You now need many more clicks and scrolling to achieve the same tasks. This is again a factor of not testing stuff properly. The actual UI was not finished until the last patch iirc. Given more time players would have been able to give feedback on the preview server.
Not sure who thought this would be an improvement, it clearly is not.

While there are one or two things that I might wish to be changed, overall, I like the new campaign window. Of course, I'm a little biased because I consider the UI artist a friend, and I know she worked very hard on it.

The UI is fine.. I just wish the actual campaign buttons' weren't so big. Also- I would like it if the campaign UI remembered the last campaign or deed you opened. As it is right now you have to scroll and click and scroll and click again if you're trying to remember what else you have left to do or check your currency.
Alternatively.. For those of us who would rather go back or sort the campaign differently could we please have an option to click to Sort by level similar to the option in the Collection tab to sort by location?

There's nothing wrong with the art, which is very nice. But the functionality is much worse than it was.
It's baffling how this got released the way it is. Didn't just about everyone in the Cryptic offices notice the useablity issues with the slow scrolling and not remembering where you were the last time you used it?
The only conclusion I can come to is that they don't actually play their own game.
